Welcome to this elegant, stunningly remodeled three bedroom, three and a half bath home in one of the best locations in the sought-after Santa Rosa Cove community. The home was fully renovated in 2024 and has a spa-like feel. There are high-end finishes and lovely furnishings all in a light-filled interior located on an expansive lawn that is just steps from the pool with spa, as well as a tennis court and the recently renovated Club House that overlooks the spectacular Mountain and Dunes Golf Course. A perfect place for lazy breakfasts, delicious lunches or simply to relax with cocktails after your golf game. If the La Quinta Resort and Spa, with its fantastic shops and restaurants, is your goal, we are a quick five minute walk to the resort’s center.
The house itself features three bedrooms, all en-suite. There is a stately primary suite with a king size bed and a resort style, fully remodeled bath plus a walk-in closet; a guest bedroom with two twin size beds and a renovated bath; and, finally, a charming separate guest casita that is across the private, interior gated Saltillo tiled courtyard with a trickling fountain, and features a queen size bed, a large bathroom with tub, plus a work or desk area as well as a Peloton. The kitchen of the home has marble counters, new stainless steel appliances, a full suite of dishes and cooking supplies, as well as an adjoining light-filled breakfast area. In addition, the property has a formal dining room and living area with soaring ceilings, as well as a central fireplace. This all steps out, via two sets of French doors, to the wide, walled back patio with a barbecue, firepit plus a conversational seating area and secondary outdoor dining space.
This is the popular Capistrano floor plan with approximately 2,000 square feet of expansive living space. Hello! We live in Pasadena and are an active young family (actually, we are getting old!) with three kids and loved coming to the desert. We bought this house 7 years ago because we loved coming down and staying at the La Quinta resort which is literally just down a path from our home,

We used to stay at the La Quinta resort frequently. With three kids we started renting in Santa Rosa Cove so we were close to all the shops, restaurants and events at the resort but could all stay in one home with our own kitchen and desired amenities. We have them all!
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
We just fully remodeled the interior and center courtyard, trying to keep in step with the style of the resort. We have all the amenities and face a serene green belt where the kids and pets can play. The pool and tennis court are about 30 steps over from us. Easily accessible but far enough away that we don't hear noise or see a fence in front of our views. We picked this green belt because it gets light all day and we don't have the baking early heat of the golf course side with the sun dropping behind the mountains at 3pm, then, making it cold! Also, no golfers walking by our patio or golf balls hitting us while dining on the patio! It is far more private. Also, we are half a block from the Mountain Dunes stunning golf clubhouse and bar so it's a 3 minute walk for playing, dining or drinks. We rented on the golf course side once and realized that while it has it's plusses there were far more negatives for us!
