Allie and Emma were great hosts! They insured that Check-in and Check-out were seamless. The property was clean and as described and the pool was steps from the back door. Even though it was off the main path, it was quiet and private. It was a couple minute walk to the La Quinta resort shops, a couple minute walk to the club house and a 20 minute walk to Old Town.

Desert Oasis

This was a beautiful, very nicely furnished unit. It was exactly as described, clean & in a perfect spot next to La Quinta Resort. We were a 2 minute ride to the Dye Dunes & Mountain golf courses which were exceptional.The unit was very comfortable with 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer & outdoor patio overlooking the spectacular mountains.The property manager had everything in order & was proactive with our arrival instructions. While we had no issues, they seemed willing & able to help make our stay an enjoyable one.

We had a wonderful time with our 3 kids (ages 6, 4, and 9 months). Communication was excellent and the property was fantastic - clean, spacious, and perfectly located. We hope to come back soon!

Well stocked and great location

Beautiful home located in condo community. About 5 minute walk to restaurants and marketplace at La Quinta resort and a mile to quaint village. Loved having pool and hot tub practically in the backyard. Definitely the best stocked kitchen we’ve stayed in. Also provided extra towels. Highly recommend!

Great place next to La Quinta Resort

Nice place as represented on vrbo. Walking distance to La Quinta Resort facilities including tennis center and spa. Pool in the pictures is right next to the house. Tennis court is a bit farther away. Attentive property managers. One thing good to know: bedrooms are very different in size/style - nice primary with separate bathroom; other two with shared bathroom and one with two twin beds.

Great desert getaway

We enjoyed our time at this fella. We loved how close the pool was to the Villa. We spent a lot of time at the tennis courts and walked down the street and played golf at the dunes. Clean spacious villa for five of us. Only bummer was we were not able to watch the Rose Bowl and the oven was very tricky to get to work. Besides that it was a great stay.

Beautifully Remodeled Home, Perfect Location in Santa Rosa Cove

This is a beautifully remodeled home that is extremely comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly located within Santa Rosa Cove and next to La Quinta Resort. The pool is right in the back yard, the area is quiet, and the resort is right across the street if you like to drop in to dine and then head home. Patti is a lovely property manager and will help you with anything needed. Can’t recommend more highly!

Santa Rosa dream.

We stayed here with friends while attending Stagecoach. Everything was great! Unfortunately the ice maker was broken but Tami made sure we had a couple bags of ice delivered. I do wish there was a full length mirror in the house.

We have been coming to La Quinta Resort/Santa Rosa cove for 9 years. This was the nicest place we have stayed. Tami was wonderful given all the craziness of this year. We will be renting this same house for next year.

Beautiful well appointed and clean home located close to La Quinta Resort

This was the perfect place for us to stay. The home appears to have been recently updated. The interior is light and bright. The appliances, fixtures, etc. are very high quality. The home was very clean. The location is great for those who enjoy strolling around the La Quinta Resort.

Perfect Location and layout

I have friends that own in Santa Rosa Cove, so we have been there many times over the last 20 years, and rented a lot of the condos for weekend trip. I have to say this is my favorite one so far. It is adjacent to the path that goes directly into the resort, also has a pool out the back slider on the greenbelt. The architecture and finishes in this unit are soooo nice. We will be staying again for sure!!!!

Nice!

This is a very comfortable and nicely decorated unit across the street from the resort. It has been completely redone with every convenience, however for some reason,, the guest bathroom was not completely renovated .. We were able to operate all of the electronics except we couldn't get a DVD player to work in the living room.... Overall this is a fantastic unit.
