The well-appointed kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with updated appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for cooking meals or preparing snacks. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for family gatherings, with a comfortable dining area and a cozy living room that’s perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day.
Step outside to your private lanai and let the tranquil waterfront views melt your cares away. Unwind in the hot tub, dine al fresco, or simply lounge and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. This outdoor space is ideal for mornings with coffee, evenings with cocktails, or anytime you want to recharge.
The master suite is a true retreat with a king bed, ensuite bath, and plenty of space to relax. Two additional bedrooms provide cozy accommodations for the rest of your group, making this home perfect for families, friends, or couples traveling together.
As part of a gated community, you’ll have access to fantastic amenities, including a sparkling community pool and a fully equipped fitness center. Whether you want to stay active, cool off, or simply lounge by the pool, the choice is yours.
With its prime location near Disney, local dining, and entertainment, this waterfront retreat is the perfect base for exploring everything Central Florida has to offer while providing a comfortable, peaceful escape for your vacation.
Minimum booking age is 25
A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.
Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 8 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.
We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.
There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.
Please note that our home does have exterior cameras
We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.

Beautifully updated throughout and stunning sunset views across the water as the deer stroll by makes this a must stay at home! The master bedroom features a king bed and newly renovated ensuite with a fantastic multi-jet walk-in shower to enjoy after a long day at the parks. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. There is a second 4pc bath for the three bedrooms, and a 2pc bath on the main level. The main floor features a large well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, overlooking the open concept dining/living rooms. Our home is equipped with a fibre optics wifi system giving optimal speeds. We will begin your stay with a starter kit of essentials in the home, giving you the chance to get in, unpack and relax without worry of kitchen or bath needs for a day or two.
Our resort community and surrounding area offers loads of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Within the gated community, we have a large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and many more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a fitness center, restaurant and games room. The pool area is equipped with free wifi for you to use.
