The primary bedroom features a plush king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, creating a private retreat after a day of adventure. The second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds—perfect for kids or additional guests. A second full bathroom serves these two bedrooms, and a convenient half bath is located on the main floor.

The main level boasts an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, overlooking the dining and living areas. The living room’s sofa easily converts into a bed, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Large sliding doors lead to the private lanai, your outdoor oasis with a hot tub, dining table, and loungers—ideal for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. For added convenience, the home includes a stackable washer and dryer and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi to keep you connected. A starter kit of essentials is also provided, so you can settle in and unwind right away.

Regal Oaks is a true hidden gem. It's central location and close proximity to Walt Disney World make this resort the perfect choice for many area attractions. Only 2.5 miles outside the gates of Disney, 1.5 blocks to HWY 192 and all the shops/restaurants the area has to offer, you are sure to enjoy your time here. We are ideally located right next door to the world famous "Old Town" and Kissimmee's Fun Spot for the days that you just want to stay close to home and have a light day of activities for the family.

Minimum booking age is 25
A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.

Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.

We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.

We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.
