We're sorry the hot tub was out of service during your stay, especially since it was a key part of why you chose the property — we understand the frustration of not having a fix or a credit offered over the weekend. We're happy to share that the hot tub has since been completely replaced with a new and better one, so future guests won't run into that issue. We also appreciate you flagging the lack of curtains on the upstairs bedroom's glass door, the bathroom layout and privacy concerns, and the kitchen storage and glassware gaps — these are all things we'll take a close look at improving.
