• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for violations.

• No Parties: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are permitted.

• Damages: Guests are responsible for missing or damaged items and agree to cover costs.



🐶 Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.
