Comfortable place to stay

Overall this property was a great place to stay. We had a few maintenance issues but Donna was excellent to work with and answered all our inquiries immediately. I feel that the description of the property was accurate. The neighborhood was very safe. I will be back.

Nice stay

The house is big and updated. The grounds not so. It’s a very peaceful area and easy to get around but always in your car. It’s safe at least when we were there. Immediate response to the few minor requests we made. Nice laundry facilities, full kitchen, plenty of tvs, wireless worked well, all the basics. If the yard was upgraded we would definitely return.

Amazing, peaceful, and well maintained property!!

This is our second time staying at this amazing property. The property is clean, well maintained and located on a tropical one acre lot. The owner Donna provides GREAT customer service. She even dropped us off two bags of mangos during our stay. She is responsive and very accommodating to her guests. This property is centrally located, safe, and close to the beaches and bay. I would highly recommend this property. We LOVE this house so much that we will be returning to this house every year. Donna makes her guests feel at home. The property has all the supplies needed, is modernly decorated, is very clean, and feels like home! We spent countless hours in the yard enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the property. We look forward to staying at this home and are sad whenever we have to leave. There is a great food truck located minutes from the property across the street from the Publix supermarket called Pokies Smokin BBQ. The best ribs EVER! St. Petes beach is less than a 20 minute drive away. During our one week stay, we ventured to Clearwater Beach, Weeki Wachee, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, downtown St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Treasure Island. At the end of the day, we couldn't wait to return to this tropical home. It is definitely one of a kind!

Some surprises

Generally a good trip, but Didn’t expect 2nd floor bedroom, first floor bath with difficult access for wheelchair but walking elder and fire alarms appropriate for code. Vrbo pictures online were misleading, for example the cropped image of downstairs bath. Definite positives were appliances, quiet neighborhood and space.

House was nice and clean, property needs a little work (old piping sticking up in yard along with some open I assume to be open Wells that need to be removed/ filled in). Overall nice location, would deffinatley stay again.

So So Rental

It would have been ok for a couple and children but not 3 adults. The arrangements were not equitable. There was the one large master suite which was nice although it was located up 17 slippery stairs. The other adult had to use the children's bedroom right off the kitchen and travel completely to the other side of the house to use the bathroom. Plus, there were very few amenities, we had to request outdoor chairs, a grill and even had to buy our own shovel tp pick up our dog's poop. The owner did reply quickly to our requests and did provide an additional cleaning when we complained of not having cleaning supplies. But it seems like the location was not portrayed accurately. "Minutes from the beach" was technically correct but it was like 45-50 "minutes". There was a large yard but no fencing. The outdoor patio was nice but not accessible to the lower level occupants. It was disappointing overall.

Excellent place in St Petersburg

It was extremely clean and the owners were awesome in attending to care and details. This was a wonderful place to stay for a family . You are near a fabulous grocery store and freeway to get to places in St Pete’s and Tampa and the beach. I appreciated we could have a dog and the big yard was great to take our dog out.

What a great little hidden gem to stay at in St Petersburg. We came in to see family and it was right off the highway hidden by a beautiful lot of trees. Would use again and again.....

One of the Best Vacation Rental Homes Ever!

My family and I absolutely loved this gem! The pictures do not even come close in capturing the essence of the home and decor. We had a wonderful time! The owner is super nice and was beyond accommodating. We were there for the Labor Day Weekend. My husband and I will return for a longer stay. I would give a 10 star rating if possible.

Amazing

I really loved living inside the home my trip was 4 nights 5 days. The home is really beautiful . Everything was really close we went to all the surrounding beaches . We were about 30 mins from Tampa and Clearwater both places were beautiful . Only thing that we really had a problem with was the lizards but hey that's nature . Thank you again your home is beautiful the layout is beautiful really thinking about renting the property again for another trip

Peaceful stay & great location!

This is a spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. The location is convenient to St. Pete and the beach as well as not too far from Tampa. Kitchen looked newly remodeled. Master suite upstairs was great! Extra living space and second bedroom and bathroom downstairs plus laundry room were really convenient. Pet friendly too, which is much appreciated. Owner is very responsive and friendly. Stayed here on a work/vacation trip. Would stay here again! Thanks for the great experience!

Centrally located St Petersburg home

The house worked well for our needs - we needed a place to stay that had space for us to park our small travel trailer and also would allow our small dog. The house was very clean and was centrally located to both St Pete beach and Gulfport. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the beds were too soft for us - but that is personal preference.

Loved it!

This house was just perfect for us. Close enough to where we wanted to go, but very private and secluded. The yard was large enough for our truck and boat, which was a necessity for us. The owners were amazing and we enjoyed getting to meet them. We will definitely rent here again.

Quiet home with easy access to downtown St. Pete

Large 2 bedroom home with lots of additional space to use with air mattresses, port-a-cribs, etc. Very clean and functional home on a nice wooded lot. Perfect for our commute to downtown St. Pete (Mahaffey Theater) - only about 8 min. Renters should be aware that the home is 2 stories with the master bedrm and bath upstairs in case that is an issue. We had a wonderful stay and would love to rent the home again when back in St. Pete.

Home away from home

We want to first thank you. From our initial contact, to securing the booking, to the seamless arrival...everything was perfect. When we arrived, everything was immaculate. The property owners contacted us to ensure we had a safe trip and that we found everything ok. What a personal touch...CLASSY! When we opened the door, it was a breath of fresh air as we had a long journey and felt like we were HOME. The privacy, the ease of access to the beach within a few minute walk, the central location to afford a full day of enjoying the local area and coming home at night made this the PERFECT place. Wedding weekend

We enjoyed our stay, our two chihuahuas also enjoyed their visit. We attended a wedding downtown at The History Museum and we were just a few minutes away from the wedding location.

Amazing!

Very nice rental, well decorated with amazing views. Stayed for 3 days and this home was very clean and close to everything. The owner, Donna was amazing to work with and ensured we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Quiet house

The house looks like a country home, quiet on a large lot. Very clean, nicely decorated with large rooms. Felt like home. We really enjoyed the owner who was very accommodating us with a couple special requests we asked for. So so much better and cheaper than the local hotels because we had a house with lots of space for the kids. There are lots of things to do close by. And if you want to drive Tampa is 25 mins away.

Wonderful stay!!!

Love the house, modern, clean and quiet. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, sheets and kitchen ready to fix meals. Large yard, parked our boat and RV plus friends stopped by and parked. Boat ramp less than 1 mile away. Lots of close by shops and the highway is 2 mins drive away. We enjoyed our stay.
