Chris Thank you for your review and commenting on the beds. The location is close to a popular road which of course will bring more through traffic with that. You are also easy access to all many of the popular sites in St.Pete so that could be viewed as a prossitive as well. Thanks for booking my property and hope to see you again!

Janice, I am sorry your stay did not go as expected. I received many requests for short term stays due to the first hurricane Helene. I wish I could have helped more people during this time and I know it was difficult for many who received damage to their homes (including me). You were at the property during the next hurricane Milton. The house was not damaged and only lost electricity for a few hrs. 500,000 homes in St. Petersburg were without power for almost a week. I didn't have power for 4 days and wish I could have traded You booked for 2 weeks originally and asked for the possibility to extend if your house would be finished sooner. You decided to book for 4 weeks to lock in your dates so no one could book before your house was ready. You received a %25 discount on your stay since it was for 4 weeks. Staying less than that would void that discount. You also left the property without notifying me or VRBO for several days. If I would have known I could have potentially rented the property which would have made the difference and I could have reimbursed part of the stay. I did not have an opportunity to do that though because the property was not available online because it was technically booked. Yes I did tell you to contact the company to see what their thoughts were on the matter but I did not hear back from them or you until now. I know this was a difficult time for many people and Im sorry your house was damaged. Also, my property does not have bed bugs.

Rob, Yes there was delayed messages. I received several all at once and they were not on the time stamp you described. I am not sure what the issue was with the messages but it seems both of us noticed the problem. I reached out to the cleaner and they said they put the A/C at a higher temperature since they cleaned the property 2 days before you arrived to save on energy. Sorry I was not aware of this and could have had the temp lowered before your check in. When I received your messages you also stated that the A/C was in fact working and going down in temperature. This is also the first comment Ive heard of "Fleas". I did not receive any messages from you through the messenger app about this issue. There was 2 other bookings back to back before you arrived and neither of those groups had pets or mentioned anything about fleas. Of course I appreciate your feedback and will take all of these comments into consideration. Sorry your stay was not as you expected
