Beautiful home in a great neighborhood

We had a great stay at this property to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house looks even better than the pictures. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The views from the back of the house were amazing!

Park City Ski Trip

Excellent location, convenient to the slopes and town. The view from the hot tub was awesome. Spacious house that worked well for our family ski trip.

Great spot

The location was great for our group that skied at Canyon‘s Mountain. We had beautiful views and many of the rooms and the hot tub. You were even greeted two days by a moose in the backyard. The home was larger than we expected which was a bonus. Diane was easy to work with. We were able to check in early, which was fantastic. There were some plumbing issues that arose while we were there, no fault to the owner, and Diane was on top of getting it fixed while we were out of the house and compensated us for dinner. Great service and Would rent again.

Friends and Family Ski Trip

We came to Park City on a friends and family ski trip. We had 6 adults, and 6 children 11 and under. The house was great. Everyone had a place to sleep, the theater family room was a great place for the kids to hang out after a long day of skiing, and the kitchen had a great set up. After a long day of skiing we did learn on day one that the fire place and hot tub were not working. Diane was quick to get us assistance and checked in with us throughout the week to ensure they were working properly.

Great house for a large group

This property is wonderful! Beautiful home with great views. The house was prepared with everything we needed - plenty of linens, dishes, etc. Diane was very communicative and helpful. We had 19 adults and it was pretty tight as far as beds go (would be easier with some kids), but still a wonderful stay!! Definitely recommend!

Park City Utah Ski Trip

The property is nice, but the lack of dressers in the downstairs bedrooms were a concern. The driveway is extremely steep and the entry was never shoveled during a huge snowstorm. We ended up shoveling it ourselves. The distance to the Park City Ski area was further than expected. The upstairs stayed much cooler than the downstairs throughout our stay, so much so that working on the computer was an issue, there is definitely an issue with the heating on the top floor. At the end of our stay, in the theater room, four wet spots appeared. Not a ceiling leak, it seemed to be coming from the foundation???? If skiing at Park City or the Canyons is your goal for the vacation, I would choose a more accessible home.

Great house for big group

We had a great couple of days with several families at this house for our annual ski trip. The kids loved the movie room and the house had everything we needed to cook and eat big meals together. It was convenient to get to the mountain each day as well as close to grocery stores. Overall, the house was perfect for our group of 16.

Feels like home!

The home exceeded my expectations! There is an amazing view. All the bedrooms have comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen is stocked very well. The hot tub works and has a view. The home theatre was easy to use and had great sound. The decor is well done. The host was responsive to all our needs. There were plenty of towels etc. I would recommend this place to friends 100%. - Thanks for sharing your amazing home! <3 See you next year!

Beautiful home in Park City!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! It was a beautiful home with an outstanding view! The whole process was seamless. From the time we booked to check in and check out, the owners were easy to contact and wonderful to work with! We had 12 adults and 3 babies in our party. There was plenty of space for all of us, and not to mention plenty of comfortable places to sleep. It worked out perfectly! The house was very clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities and more. We had everything we could have needed. The location was ideal. We had a beautiful mountain top view, but were still very close to park city for skiing and exploring! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! We all decided we will definitely be back!

Deserves six stars!

The beauty of this property is surpassed only by the responsiveness of the owner! Our large family was unanimously impressed by the cleanliness of the house, the mountain views (including the elk we saw right outside our window at breakfast!), the house amenities and the easy commute to the ski resorts. Diane was incredibly accommodating to our needs! The only caution I would give to guests during the winter season is that a four wheel drive vehicle is ideal for navigating the mountain roads during heavy snows. We enjoyed two snowfalls of 3-5 inches during our stay. The roads were plowed during the night each time. We saw some front wheel drive vehicles struggling a bit during the day. Overall, we would not hesitate to rent this wonderful property again!

Great time in Park City for Christmas!

Overall we had a great time over Christmas at this home. We had a large group (14 adults and 2 children) and there was plenty of space to sleep. We had some young adults who slept in the theater room on the futons. The house was very spacious and clean although the decor and some of the furniture was a bit dated/old but that didn’t really bother us. There is plenty of space and the outdoor hot tub was awesome. Although the lid of the hot tub is partially broken so it was difficult to get the lid to open. The only negative thing I have to say is that we didn’t realize was there is a renter on property. They have a separate space but it is attached to the property and they have drums and we’re playing them several times which you can hear throughout the entire house. It wasn’t for long but we did not know there was a renter in a studio apartment so that came a a a bit of a surprise. It also cuts down on parking since we have to leave their space open. We had 4 large SUV’s which wasn’t an issue since the parking is big enough to accommodate but you just have to be mindful of where to park. My recommendation is to put this in the description so everyone will know before renting. Again wasn’t a huge problem but would have been good to know. It snowed a lot while we were there so the heated driveway was great. Especially because it is so steep. The first thing we did was shovel the porch off where we arrived. (This probably should have been done for us but wasn’t a huge issue). The beds were comfortable and the home had plenty of hot water and heating worked well. The theater was nice but as someone else noted it was a bit dated and the screen/projector wasn’t exactly 100% and slight discolored. I agree with someone else that the cleaning fee was a bit higher than it should have been but I am sure labor in park city isn’t cheap and overall the home was affordable for the size. Master bedroom is huge and there is a pull out bed there that one is the children used. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and made a number of meals. The home owners were always very responsive. The location is great and close to SLC and Park City. Tubing is Close and eight across the highway and the view was great. Oh and we had a couple early morning visits from Elk and a Moose which was really awesome to see! Overall we had a great time and the size of the home worked great. Thanks!

Family Holiday

Informative and responsive property manager. Property was as described. Property was clean with all the amenities we needed for a large group. Location was good with nice neighbors. The bedding and towels were luxurious. Impressive theater room. Highly recommend property and property manager.

Beautiful huge house in a wonderful location!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is large, perfect for a big group. Diane was very easy to communicate with, and was prompt at responding during the whole stay. The patio is the perfect place to unwind and have a cocktail in the evenings. Everynight we were there, we saw moose in the field below the house. The bedrooms are big and the beds were very comfy. Overall, I would give this home a 9.5/10. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay

We had a large group, including several children. There was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and clean. Large kitchen table and counter seating. The hot tub and media room were a huge hit! Washer , dryer, kitchen and garage parking were fabulous amenities. The master bedroom was quite warm when we are but we put s fan in the window and opened the slider. Cooled the room quickly. The trash was the only problem, but contacted the owners and they helped us out. It’s a beautiful area with amazing views. Quiet and peaceful.

An adult aged multifamily member ski trip of 9 March 2019 to describe the group. Beds for sleeping 10 realistically, additional sleeping space in the Home Theater room on Futon type mattress recliners(3) or Love sack couch(2) or Love sac bags(2) for kids... not serious adults. Mattresses and bedding very comfortable as well as being able to heat each room which can sometimes is an issue in large ski homes. Kitchen large enough for large group meal preparation but pots and pans and knives a mix and match. At this price point and size of advertised sleeping there should have been complete sets for 12. The Mr. Coffee was the slowest coffee maker on earth nearly 45 minutes to brew a pot. Upstairs living room TV hooked up to Direct TV with no WIFI app capability for Netflix or Amazon Prime nor the DVD player. A very good WIFI network in the house so that needs to be upgraded if only a streaming blue ray player. Downstairs home theater was fun but as with upstairs the system did not allow for streaming and the DVD player would start skipping and freezing and may be on its last legs and should be replaced with a streaming blue ray player. Direct TV cable with no apps to stream. Outside Hot tub walk out from Home theater room. Large but not well maintained . Again at this pricepoint and 500.00 cleaning fee it should be serviced weekly during the rental season. Garage: large for two vehicles, one a Suburban and another SUV but be aware if you have a ski rack on the roof you WILL NOT FIT into the garage. A Heated driveway which melted the ice and snow as this was a necessity to get into the house... it is one pitched driveway! So a definite "4" not a five as one expects a different level of quality at this price point and size of house.
