This newly renovated home perched atop world-famous Park City offers unparalleled views, a peaceful neighborhood, and a cozy home base right next to Park City's top attractions and 7 world-class ski resorts.

Enjoy a jetted jacuzzi, 4 balconies, a fully stocked game room, almost an acre of land, stunning wood finishes, large windows for taking in the scenery, and classic cabin décor.

The space is perfect for families and groups warming up by the fire after a day of winter adventures or decompressing with air conditioning after a summer day of hot air ballooning, fly fishing, lake activities, rafting, biking, golf, or hiking over 400 miles of panoramic trails. With almost an acre of land and no surrounding neighbors, you can even have those adventures in your own backyard!

Living Room
Step inside and feel the magic. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace anchors the room, with 3 large brown couches and blankets to get cozy, complemented by a rustic wooden coffee table, and a 65" smart TV set up with guest mode so you can stream your own content. The couches comfortably seat 9 guests.

Dining Room
The dining area opens up the space with granite countertops, a glass dining table, and huge windows bringing in tons of natural light. The open concept encourages lively conversations with those in the kitchen, comfortably seating 11 guests.

Kitchen
This spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces. It features a gas range with 5 burners, an oven that doubles as an air fryer, toaster, microwave, a large counter with bar seating for 3, a brand new refrigerator, and a fully stocked coffee and tea bar with a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee to brew pots for the group, a tea kettle, and all the varieties of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and other drinks you could think of. Endless cabinets ensure plenty of storage for those longer stays too. There's a high chair for the little ones!

Game Room
For those who love to compete, look no further! This game room offers a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, a double hoop basketball arcade game, a full poker set with a table, and 5 magnetic board games on the wall (Scrabble, chess, checkers, Backgammon, and tic tac toe). Another 65" smart TV set up with guest mode allows you to stream your content while playing games. There's also a 3-seat sofa with a blanket to relax.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Each bedroom at the Spacious Mountain Chalet is uniquely designed with a luxury cabin theme, with some featuring art, mirrors, leather chairs, walk-in closets, en-suite bathrooms, private balconies to take in the alpine air, and lamps with USB and USB-C chargers. All rooms include memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains or room-darkening blinds, plush comforters, hangers, and laundry racks. The primary bedroom also has a 5-piece bathroom with a walk-in resort shower, jetted jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. All bathrooms are fully stocked with a shower, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, a full set of towels, and hair dryers.

Parking, Transportation, and Disclaimers
- 4-wheel drive cars are required in the winter, the home is up in the mountains on a windy road. It gets plowed regularly but can be snowy right after it snows.
- There is parking for 3 cars only in the winter, no street parking is allowed in the winter
- You can't see the home from the road so look at the parking area in the photos to understand the layout.
- Lots of stairs! This is a 3-story home that is 2 flights of stairs below the parking area. Bring good boots to walk down to the home.

Guests have access to the entire property, including all 0.83 acres of land, except for the Cleaners' Closets and Cabinets.

Cleaners Closets and Cabinets
One locked closet in the basement and 2 locked cabinets in the kitchen hold our cleaning supplies and extra linens. There are still several expansive walk-in closets and other cabinets guests can use for storage.
