VRBOs BEST HOST / Great place!

This was a perfect property for our ski trip (family of 4). The location at Bear Hallow is very convenient. The property itself if wonderful and THE BEST STOCKED Vrbo we've ever been in! The heated garage was a HUGE plus as it snowed every day during our visit. Also the secure gear storage in the heated garage is great so you don't have to lug your gear up to the accommodations. The club house/hot tub is literally right across the street. Beyond that, Chet is a local guy and a wonderful host. I really hope to be able to return next season!

Wonderful stay. Wonderful week!

I am fortunate to have an annual "Ladies' Ski Week" with 2 other close friends. We are 3 women of a certain age who enjoying skiing in the west each year. Typically we ski in Utah and have tried a few different communities and condos. This condo is the best we have stayed in. Every detail is thought of and considered on behalf of the guest. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of amenities and tools that make it so easy to cook and "be" in the kitchen. The living room is a nice size and the fireplace makes it cozy and warm. The bedrooms are comfortable and well spread out. The 2 bathrooms worked well for our group. Regarding convenience, we had rented a car and appreciated the garage (and as a first, this garage is heated. So going down to get skis or drive is actually a pleasant experience - not cold). We did not use the bus or any transportation. This condo is a bit of a walk from the bus stop but not insurmountable. The condo location in Bear Hollow is very convenient. It is an easy drive to The Canyons, PC and DV. Plus we went to Brighton and Alta on other days and appreciated the convenience of getting on the highway. We did go to the clubhouse across the street. It is nicely kept. (Sometimes club houses feel ignored by the community but this one is well attended to.) It is clean and spacious. We used the hot tub which was very warm (which is saying a lot since it was very cold and windy). We would stay in the condo again and recommend it.

Canyons ski trip

VRBO was excellent! Clean, well appointed kitchen. Great location with easy access to mountains. Used both the parking lot at canyons and the transit center from Kimball Junction. Chet checked on us after check in which was appreciated. Would defintely stay here again!

Great ski trip

The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. Beds are comfortable and condo is well stocked. Easy drive to the ski slopes. The place is well maintained. I have stayed at 2 other places in Bear Hollow. This place is the best and owners are the best to work with

Great Property

One of the nicest, well stocked and equipped properties we have stayed in for a ski trip. Very roomy and perfect for our family of 6. Loved being able to park in the warm, private parking garage with storage unit for skis/snowboards. The unit had boot dryers as well. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Best Park City Area Condo in Ten Years!

We come to Park City every year to ski and rent a condo. This property was the best we have had. It was just a little more spacious, the layout was superior, the kitchen better equipped (and with higher quality kitchenware), and the bedding was more comfortable and high quality. We had a small issue with a smoke alarm, and the owner jumped right on it, even though it was at nighttime. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family any time. Thanks Chet, for allowing us the use of your condo as our base for skiing in Utah!

A perfect home

Everything was perfect. Checkin was easy, the condo was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well-equiped, The owner, Chet, was extremely anxious to make our stay so pleasant by keeping in touch to make sure every in the house was functioning properly . The home was very comfortable and the fireplace was one of the best gas fireplaces ever! It kept the condo nice and warm as it has an optional fan. The beds all very comfortable. I could go on but will end with writing that we will definitely rent this home again on our next trip to Park City. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the fact that there was so much snow, the powder was a bit difficult- we’re not used to such glorious ski conditions! But very impressed with the city’s amazing ability to kerp the roads clear!

Super ski accommodations

Four of us stayed in the condo for four nights while skiing. The place is outstanding—very comfortable (super beds, quality towels, great heat), really well stocked and with more special touches than any other place we’ve rented. On top of all that, communication was top notch. We highly recommend it.

Delight to stay in and get away

We fell in love with the pictures and the property was even better in person. The owner was very responsive through the app before my trip and made sure we were aware of the check in process and the best way to find the property. With the HighValley transit app we could use the shuttle/buses to get to Park City Mountain and also easy to get to nearby restaurants. We had no trouble ordering in food/groceries. It was a joy to share a family meal and spend time here.

Great stay!

This place was perfect for our visit to Park City! Check in was a little tricky, but if you carefully follow the check in instructions, it walks you through it. Short walk to the bus stop. 5 minute bus ride to Canyon Village and 15ish minutes to Mountain Village. Inside was clean and well stocked with dishes and supplies.

Perfect Stay at Park City!

My family and I wanted an affordable and clean condo while we skied in Park city this week and Richard’s condo was absolutely perfect. We will definitely return! We had a great time, the fireplace was cozy. The views were beautiful, the only recommendation I would have would be to provide clearer instructions on how to access the building from the garage and the walkway, we arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight and we were lost for a good 30 to 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get inside.

It is always been my dream to own a home in Park City. My first dream came true in Spring 2011 and now my second dream home came true Summer 2012. Winter or Summer Park City is the place to be. There are events going on daily both at Redstone and all three local ski resorts and Historic Old Town Park City is just a 10 minute drive.

My home is in Bear Hollow Village. After skiing a 3 minute drive across the street Redstone Village has everything including restaurants, move theater, bowling ally and the grocery store! The location of this home is perfect. Try Red Rock Restaurant which is my favorite! My home is located right across the street to the newly developed Redstone Center. Redstone has an eight-screen multiplex theater, numerous restaurants and shops including Red Rock Restaurant, Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, Panda Express, Whole Foods, Smith's grocery store and many other specialty stores. Loads of sports activities right nearby. Park City is known as the GREATEST SNOW ON EARTH. My condominium is located within minutes to three world-class ski resorts. Ski the Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley all on the same trip. Also near Sundance, Brighton, Snowbird, Alta, and Solitude. Park City is home of the Sundance Film Festival. With FREE bus service to all resorts and downtown Park City there is nothing not to LOVE about this condo or Park City.
