The Space:
Nestled in the heart of Bear Hollow Village, this 3BR, 2BA Park City townhouse (sleeps 8) is near all the action. Minutes from skiing and dining, with a swimming pool and hot tub opposite, it’s ideally positioned to show off Park City at its best!
INSIDE THE TOWNHOUSE
Entry to this townhouse is into the dining space, where a large wooden table for 6 sits atop travertine tiles. A washer and dryer are hidden in an adjoining closet.
The third bedroom is first along the corridor from here. Great for the kids, it features a twin-over-twin bunk, separate twin bed and twin trundle, all in matching rustic timbers. There’s a 26” TV and DVD player so the young ones can enjoy movie nights.
Directly across is the second bedroom, carpeted with a queen bed and large mirrored closet. There’s also a 32” Vizio TV in a large cabinet, for comforter-clad viewing. These two rooms share the second bathroom, with a tub/shower combo and granite-topped single vanity.
Out in the kitchen, an eye catching curved granite-topped island bar stands in pride of place. Hop up on a leather bar stool - there are 3 - and sip a pre-dinner drink while the chef struts their stuff. Cooking is easy with gleaming black GE appliances, including a gas stove/oven, fridge and dishwasher, and acres of counter-tops to play with.
Leather couches lend style to the light-filled lounge area, which features a 40” TV and DVD player. Glass doors slide open to the private balcony on which there’s seating for 2. From here you can see over the community pool, gym and clubhouse, which are all available for guest use.
The master bedroom leads off from the lounge, featuring a king bed and 32” TV with DVD player. The en-suite is where you’ll find a touch of indulgence, with a jetted soaker tub and separate walk in shower as well as double vanity - no waiting!

This centrally located townhouse is just steps from the Clubhouse at Bear Hollow Village, with a pool, hot tub and gym to stretch out your limbs.
Bear Hollow Village is just 10 minutes by car from Park City Mountain Resort and 3 minutes to the smorgasbord of shops at Tangers Outlet Mall. Leave the car behind and take advantage of the free bus, 10 minutes’ stroll away. Strut your stuff on the slopes or enjoy summertime hiking in breathtaking surrounds.
Once you’ve worked up an appetite, you’ll find a vast array of restaurants just a mile away in Newpark Town Center. Stop by Red Rock Junction for craft beers and New American dishes, or Sushi Blue for fresh rolls and sake.
