Our beautiful 1930’s villa with heated swimming pool is located in front of one of the most sought after beaches of the Algarve on the Ocean.
At the same time, it is on the Praia da Rocha strip with its dense nightlife and typical restaurants !

1/7° Beach life ; One of the most famous beaches in Portugal : 2 min walk from the house.
Sink your bare feet in the white sand beach just 50 m from your doorstep It is like warm white flower between your toes ! «Sheltered by its beautiful cliffs, this extensive stretch of fine white sand is one of the most famous in the Algarve, if not the entire country, making it one of the most sought after locations for tourists from all over the world».

Shallow waters close to the shore makes for a safe playground for kids. Further out, awesome waves create an ideal spot for surfers and boggyboarders.

2/7° Night life : Numerous local Portuguese restaurants, with very various food. Awarded international hotels and casino.
We are located at the quiet end of Praia da Rocha’s lively atmosphere.
For nightlife lovers, all the action in Portimao is happening on this famous strip of Praia da Rocha, (just a 5 minute walk from the house).
It is crammed with numerous glitzy bars, delicious restaurants facing the ocean and the trendiest of nightclubs.
If you’re looking for some action, this is the perfect place for it, while the reste of the family sleeps peacefully at night in your quiet home ...

Golf with a Group of friends while the rest of the family is happily at the beach or strolling the surrounding villages ? Done.
A short drive of no more than 20 minutes ? Done.

What else to wish for ? A huge variety of beautiful and very diverse 18 holes ! There are at least 19 golf courses around the house within 30 minutes.

That is what golfing in the Algarve is all about !!

Best time is from : September to May
September and May play earlier in morning so you hit a pleasant temperature of 22 degrés.

All these good have great amenities, comfortable clubhouse, great service, lots of help, electric trolley …

Grazmaccio : Antoine’s favorite. Wide. Has everything. Lot of variation. Greens below and above. 19 minutes (9 km) from the house. When finished amazing view. Nice and very pleasant clubhouse.

Pinta : More physical you have to be in good shape. Wide. Very nice clubhouse. 25 minutes. to the house, next to gramaccio.

Alto : Most difficult, very narrow, up and down. 10 mn to the house.

Silves golf course : Nice to play. Wide. Some holes are very long 500 m. 28 minutes . Cork factory nearby and sometimes there are four holes that smell..

Morgado : There are two 18 holes course in one place. For beginners special easier and another one more difficult. Driveway to the clubhouse is an outstanding drive of 3 km. 15 minutes to the house.

Palmeras : For the strong golfers, very nice to play. They call the left course. It is on the ocean. More expensive. Not so nice when it is windy. 18 minutes, next to Lagos.

Penina : 19 minutes 30 km. Next to hospital.

4/7° Outdoors activities
Geez ! There is everything !
One of the best spot for the diversity and number of golf courses (you could play in nine different 18 holes just 20 mn drive away from the house). Outstanding bike rides in natural protected wildlife. Kitesurf. Surf. Mountain climbing. Car racing. Three huge waterparks at close distance. Boat adventures. Dolphins. What else ...!

5/7 ° History of the house
In 1930, the villa was ordered to the famous archict Bonifaciao Fabiolo by the rich president of Portugal, Mandes Cabeçadas.
The President Cabeçadas, natif from the Algarve, built this outstanding villa to offer at the wedding of his favorite daughter, Isbella, as her «dream house on the nicest location in the Algarve».
Totally restaured and modernised in 1998 and then in 2024, the villa is used since for private guests.
