But you're under two-minutes drive from the hustle of Camps Bay beach and restaurants, and less than ten minutes from the bistros and boutiques of Kloof street. The villa has a sleek, contemporary design, with everything you’d expect - back up power, air-conditioning, filtered water on tap and high-speed internet. We welcome children (over age 10), but unfortunately no pets. This is a family neighbourhood, and we regret no loud parties. The owner may sometimes be in a unit at the back of the property with a shared garage, but otherwise completely separate.
