The lower level features a chic lounge, dining, and entertainment area that opens onto a sprawling terrace with wooden decking and a rim-flow swimming pool, creating an illusion of merging with the distant ocean. The expansive, open-plan entertainment area is adorned with plush couches, a flat-screen television, and air-conditioning, while the outdoor lounge on the deck is perfect for enjoying sundowners.
A fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen in sophisticated shades of white and charcoal includes a sleek breakfast bar and top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen flows into the open-plan dining room, accommodating up to eight guests, adjacent to a beautifully furnished lounge with sumptuous couches, armchairs, and spectacular ocean views. The lounge and dining room seamlessly connect with the large terrace, featuring a glass balustrade, cozy couches, outdoor seating for six, and a barbecue. The 5th bedroom is located just off the outside deck and has a separate entrance, allowing for privacy from the main house.
The upper level of Jo Leo Villa showcases four of the five luxurious bedrooms, including the stunning master suite with a king-size bed, open-plan en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, air-conditioning, and breathtaking ocean views. The four bathrooms are elegantly designed in minimalist hues of white with natural accents, featuring glass-enclosed walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and vanities.
This sophisticated Camps Bay villa is fully secure with an alarm system and offers a secure double garage. A short drive will take you to the pristine Blue Flag beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, as well as the iconic Table Mountain and the vibrant city center.
**Please note: The parking garage has a short but steep incline to access the garage, which is not suitable for low profile cars. The houseman lives on-site.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
Important: The property manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by TRUVI. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.
Other Things to Note:
There is a live-in houseman on site that manages the housekeeping.
