With two oversized decks, an outdoor shower, a propane grill, and expansive bay views from both inside and outside the home, this hidden gem is ideal for those seeking a memorable vacation experience less than ten minutes from the pristine beaches of Avalon.

Perfect for boating enthusiasts, fisherman, or those who want to enjoy a summer retreat without the commitment of full homeownership. The property owner(s) offer their home for an extended (3 months) summer rental as the ultimate coastal experience, combining the tranquility of Bayfront living with the excitement of a vibrant beach town. Imagine waking up each morning to breathtaking sunrises over the glistening bay, then stepping onto your private docks to embark on a day of boating, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun. After a day on the water or at the beach, return to your cozy home and unwind on the expansive decks where you can savor the stunning sunsets and the gentle sounds of the waves lapping at the shore while grilling up some fresh seafood. Wake up each morning to breathtaking sunrises over the water and spend your days exploring the bay. This Bayfront gem boasts a private fishing pier extending from the backyard. Imagine casting a line for or simply basking in the tranquility of the water lapping against the pier, while knowing the beautiful beaches of Avalon are less than 10 minutes away. Soak up the sun and witness the nightly spectacle of vibrant sunsets painting the sky across the bay from Townsend's Inlet on one of the two oversized decks out back. Guests take Old Avalon Blvd to Channel Road, passing the Avalon Marine Center and the Public Fishing Pier, to reach the home. Depending on the size of the vehicles, guests can park three to four cars on the property in the gravel parking spots and additional vehicles in the street. Unloading is a breeze by proceeding into the home through the front door with a keypad for luggage, then by unlocking the rear sliding glass door directly into the living area and kitchen for unloading the groceries. The bedrooms and bathroom are located towards the front of the home in the hallway. The modern kitchen opening up to the spacious living area with sliding glass door access to the two oversized decks is located back in the rear limit of the home.

Inside, the home boasts a bright and airy open-concept living space, perfect for entertaining guests or spending quality time with loved ones. Enjoy the breeze from the bay even during the hottest days of the Summer with the doors The well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, while the comfortable bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

*For larger parties staying in June, the neighboring home 48 Channel Road is also available 5/1-6/19/26 and 6/21-7/5/26. Inquire today for more information about special rates for extended stays or booking both homes!*

Cancellation Policy: All payments towards the reservation total are refundable, minus 3% card processing fee, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Linens: An optional amenities package is also available for purchase through Beach Home Services. The amenities package includes bedsheets for all beds and towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Items will be individually wrapped inside grey plastic storage totes and orange dry-cleaning bags and located near the unit’s entry upon your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Blankets and Pillows for Sleeping (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows, Bedspreads / Comforters are provided. To reserve your amenities package, contact Kelly with Beach Home Services at beachhomelinens@gmail.com before the day of checkin.

Retirement party

It was absolutely beautiful !! Everyone that came to visit loved the property, especially the fishing pier. I would definitely stay there again. Just need more room for more people.! Big family!! I had the best time!
