You can enjoy summer in one of our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, bay front condo unit. Property is located on the water overlooking Shelter Haven Bay in the heart of Stone Harbor’s downtown shopping district. Full Kitchen with washer/drawer. Situated within walking distance to all bars and restaurants and only 2.5 short blocks to the Beach. The rental is on the 2nd floor, offering stunning views of the bay. One bedroom has queen sized bed w/ full en-suite bath and gorgeous unobstructed water views. 2nd Bedroom has queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has 1 bunk & 1 single (3 beds total) - these bedrooms share full hallway bath. Brand new central HVAC, deck overlooking the bay to enjoy your morning coffee, exterior shower & much more! Backyard has picnic bench and tenant gets access to first boat Slip which includes ladder for swimming. 1 Parking Spot, 4 beach tags, and Wi-Fi are provided as part of the rental for no additional charge. Water sport rentals and bike rentals conveniently located on same block.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Stone Harbor bayfront rental! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing summer week. The views of the bay were stunning—especially at sunset—and we loved being able to sip coffee or wine right by the water.The location was ideal: peaceful and private on the bay, yet just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Having access to the dock was a huge bonus—we enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and watching the boats go by.The house had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The owners were responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better.We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for the perfect Stone Harbor getaway and can’t wait to return

This is our 2nd stay here. We thoroughly enjoy being on the bay and in the center of town. The condo is bright, airy, clean, and comfortable. We appreciate the laundry service and beach tags.

Another fantastic week

We absolutely love our week this condo! 4th summer and the view never gets old! Great sunsets and location- clean unit; ideal for family of 4-5 ppl. Great shopping and restaurants - easy bike and paddle board rentals nearby. Beach/ocean and bay keep the teens busy all week.

Haven? More like Heaven!

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Haven. The home is right on the bay with its own private dock, which was perfect for our paddleboard and made the whole trip feel like a true getaway. We parked the car once and didn’t need it again the entire week. The location is walkable to everything Stone Harbor has to offer, from charming shops to great restaurants and, of course, the beach.The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and just the right size for our family. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The owner was incredibly communicative, friendly, and easy to work with, which made the entire process smooth and pleasant.The only (very small) issue was that the master bedroom mattress wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped, but everything else far outweighed that. It didn’t take away from our experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. We’re so grateful for the memories we made and would be thrilled to stay at The Haven again.And for anyone visiting Stone Harbor for the first time, we highly recommend going to Island Water Sports. It's just a few doors down from the house and was fun for the whole family!Thank you to the owners of The Haven for sharing your perfect home with us!

Great place in a great location

This condo is centrally located in Stone Harbor close to all of the restaurants, activities, and shopping on 96th Street. When we arrived the property was very clean and the check in process was easy and very organized. The condo has a great view of the bay with a deck that is very nice when you want to sit down and relax at the end of the day. Check out was just as easy as check in. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

We loved staying on the bay and close to the center of town. Swimming in the bay was such fun for my grandsons. We also loved being able to walk to just about everything. the condo is very cheery and comfortable. It was a great week at the shore!

Great Week at the Bay

This is our 4th time renting the bay front condo and we had another amazing time! The condo is pristine when you check in. The owners do a great job of updating the furniture every year. And this year we noticed they installed new flooring and freshly painted the condo. The backyard is amazing! My kids love fishing off the dock and swimming in the bay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again next summer! Thanks for letting us stay!

Awesome location

We love this condo- it was our 3rd year staying and enjoyed the upgraded floors/furniture/bathroom and fresh paint. Ideal for a family of 4 or 5. Great location for restaurants, shops, beach and of course bay! Great places across the street and next door for bike and paddle board/ kayak rentals - steps away. AMAZING SUNSETS. Comes with beach tags and 1 parking space in heart of the town.

Amazing location, beautiful view

The location is great. Gorgeous view of Shelter Haven, furniture is better than pictured. Balcony has table with 4 chairs and two Adirondack chairs. Convenient parking space right out front. Short walk to the beach. Very clean. Owner supplied 4 beach tags. Kayak rental is down the block. Kayaks were delivered to the back and we could go out anytime we wanted including to the Wetlands Institute area.

Perfect Location for Boating, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Swimming, Eating and Shopping!

For the previous 8 years, we have stayed in a home rental located in North Cape May a few blocks from the bay. Last fall, we bought a boat and wanted to take full advantage of it during our vacation this summer so we switched it up. It was so AWESOME to be able to board our boat at any time and either go for a cruise or hang out at the dock. A bonus was how many people swam, kayaked, etc. right in the harbor - we had no idea! Our sons were more active than they have ever been during our summer vacations taking full advantage of this great location and opportunities for playing outdoors. The home is smaller than we would usually rent but it fit my husband, my two teenage sons and I really well. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect View and Location

I stayed here with my husband and three young adult kids for a full week. The bay view is even better than the photos show. It was so enjoyable to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set. And the location is ideal; we could walk to any restaurant in town in under five minutes. The condo is also only a couple doors down from Island Water Rental, where we rented kayaks and paddle boards and docked back at our place when not in use. We usually rent a place to stay closer to the beach, but all five of us agree that having waterfront access to the bay opened up a whole new dimension of activities. Kayaking in the wetlands was a highlight for all of us. And the beach was still only a few blocks away. We would definitely return here. At first, I thought the condo might be too cramped for five adult-sized bodies, but because we rarely spent time inside, it ended up being fine. Everything was in very good repair; AC was in top form, there is a full-sized W/D in the unit, the dock and ladder are new, and the kitchen is good-sized as well. Check in was seamless. Furnishings are basic but thoughtful. We could have used a dresser or set of shelves in the bunk room, some additional power cords in the bedrooms, and maybe a few 3M hooks in the shower, but these are all minor. The latter two were quickly solved with a run to Hoy's. On the whole, the major factors--location, view, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, W/D and useable kitchen-- were perfect for our stay.

Stay with a view

Great place to stay in downtown area of Stone Harbor. Park your car and walk to everything that you need. The included boat dock and deck overlooking the bay are a great place to start and end your day. We had coffee on the deck and fished from the dock. It’s a short walk to everything downtown and the beach. We found wonderful food options including formal fine dining, pub and bar options and carry out comfort food. Many downtown shops had end of season sidewalk sales and we found several breweries a short drive away. Overall an awesome couples week at the beach.

Had a great time and the place was in a excellent location. Very well maintained and my dog went crazy with all of the great views from the balcony. We all had a great time.
