Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!



A stone’s throw from the Red Cliffs National Conservation area and within close proximity to several national parks and recreational areas, it’s a nature enthusiast’s dream escape where you can fully immerse yourself in the magnificent scenery, native wildlife, and diverse terrain. Nearby, Sand Hollow State Park offers a mix of sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and striking red sandstone formations, an ideal spot for boating, fishing, swimming, and off-road exploration. Bedroom #3 includes 2 full-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This unit is located on the 3rd floor and requires stairs, and the resort does not have an elevator.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Underground Garage and lot parking available for 2 vehicles, with additional parking around the resort accommodating trailers and larger vehicles.

You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes, and parks.
