The Space:
Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!

A stone’s throw from the Red Cliffs National Conservation area and within close proximity to several national parks and recreational areas, it’s a nature enthusiast’s dream escape. Nearby, Sand Hollow State Park offers a mix of sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and striking red sandstone formations, an ideal spot for boating, fishing, swimming, and off-road exploration. Even closer, Quail Street State Park offers exciting adventures by way of boating, paddleboarding, wakeboarding, and even a water obstacle course. This home comfortably sleeps 20 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the 2nd floor family room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and balcony.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, balcony, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes 3 full-over-full bunk beds, a smart TV, and Jack & Jill bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and Jack & Jill bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
