Conveniently located, our cottage is only 20 minutes from the NYS Thruway, making it an easy trip. If you`re coming from Manhattan, it`s just a quick 1.5-hour drive—no endless road trips here! You`ll find yourself in a cozy retreat in no time.

Our studio cottage is brimming with rustic charm and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, and the cleverly designed space features a queen bed below and a twin bed above, accommodating up to three guests. Need extra sleeping arrangements? The living room has a sofa bed for added convenience. In the summer, the air conditioning keeps things cool, and the BBQ grill is ready for your outdoor cooking adventures.

The home has a full bathroom, and is supplied with bath essentials (shampoo, body wash), towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.

• KITCHENETTE & DINING •
The home features a functional kitchenette with basic appliances and complimentary coffee provided. There is additional seating for 2 by the kitchen counter that could work as a dining area or additional working area.

• LIVING AREA •
Unwind in our inviting living space, complete with a plush couch, a cozy bench, a collection of board games, and a nostalgic vinyl music player.

• LOCATION •

• PARKING •
There is one designated outdoor parking spot available on the ground level.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $100 per pet. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Maximum 2 pets allowed per reservation. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash bins.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.

NOTE: While we make every effort to inform guests in advance, it may occasionally be necessary for maintenance personnel to access the exterior of the property during your stay to service the lawn and other amenities. We respect your privacy and will never enter the home without your permission. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
