3. Pls don't move furnitures in the house. Extra charge may apply for labors to move furnitures back and/or for damages caused.

4. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS:
(1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house.
(2) Any parties, events, large group gathering, loud music or interference.
(3) Unregistered guests.

You will be asked to leave the house without a refund if there is a violation.

5. We are pet friendly, and need your cooperation to make sure your pet is well behaved and potty trained to avoid claim for any damage or extra cleaning fee.
6. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house.
