Our group of 8 (4 senior couples) enjoyed everything about the property. The house was centrally located, beautifully decorated, very clean, and all the bathrooms were well supplied. Adequate on-street parking for our 3 cars. Only caution - many steps inside and out.Highly recommend !!!

Great space with hard to find King beds and bathrooms for every bedroom. including 2 en-suite bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Wonderful gathering spaces for our group of 8, whether eating a meal or watching a football game together and great outdoor space with firepit and hot tub. Close to all the attractions and walkable to a few restaurants. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

Such a great place for our group to crash for a one night. Everything was as described and the bathroom had even more of a wow factor once in it. Loved the well manicured backyard with some yard games. The neighborhood was peaceful, which is often the big unknown. Excellent stay all around. One small ps - be aware an older home with beautiful wood floors can have some creaks but that’s to be expected.

Here’s a polished, friendly VRBO-style review you can use or tweak:This house worked perfectly for our group of four couples on a weekend bourbon trip. Having separate bathrooms for everyone was a huge plus and made the stay very comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, so we can’t speak to the kitchen setup, but the beds were comfortable and everyone had good things to say about their accommodations. Overall, it was a great fit for our group and exactly what we needed for the weekend.

Terrific House for all our adult kids

House was terrific for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Bathrooms were seriously great. Weather prevented us from using the hot tub or fire pit, but we had just a wonderful time after our bourbon tour. We’d stay there again in a heart beat!

Nice neighborhood near downtown

Four couples enjoyed this property during a conference downtown. It was roomy with each couple having their own bathroom. The manager answered any questions promptly. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the neighborhood for coffee, pastries, grocery and meals.

Stayed here with 5 friends from college visiting Louisville for a football game and Bourbon Trail weekend. The house was perfect. The location was close to the University and downtown. The house was very well cared for, very clean and very comfortable for 6 middle-aged dudes reliving their glory days. My only "complaint" is that the house is located under the airport flight path but even that wasn't a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you for your review. We're glad the home worked well for your group. The property is designed to comfortably accommodate six guests with six king beds, which gives each guest their own private sleeping space—something many groups really appreciate. As a historic home, the layout reflects the character of the original structure while still providing plenty of room for groups to gather and enjoy the stay. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again in the future.
