Sage House Glamping Retreat with Hot Tub + Sauna

Summary:

Welcome to Sage House, a custom-built cedar tiny house surrounded by seven acres of natural landscape in beautiful southern Vermont. Stargaze from the comfort of your bed, forest soak in a private 2-person hot tub, unwind in the barrel sauna, relax by the firepit overlooking your private pond or explore the many outdoor activities in the area. The Space:

Sage House is professionally designed with modern amenities that include:



• Forest soaking in a private 2-person Nordic hot tub

• A barrel sauna and private camp pond with a dock

• Outdoor area with Breeo fire pit, Weber charcoal grill, and Adirondack chairs

• A loft bedroom with queen bed featuring a Casper mattress

• Additional loft for lounging with Smart TV and retro Nintendo mini system

• Full kitchen with stove and oven, fridge + freezer, microwave, farmhouse sink and butcher-block countertops

• French press coffee maker and kettle (for pour-over coffee + tea)

• Plus a few added luxuries you may not always find in a tiny home ... tiled shower, traditional flushing toilet, washer and dryer, high speed WiFi (300 mbs), Heat and AC, and a Poly and Bark leather sofa!



**NOTE: Please bring your own coffee (course grounds are best for the french press) and your own charcoal if you'd like to use the grill. We provide 10 pieces of firewood for guests to enjoy, with additional firewood available for purchase.



Looking to book Sage House but your dates are unavailable? Check out Thistle House, our other tiny home at Camp Greenwood! We designed Thistle House to be an (almost!) exact replica of Sage and it also features the same awesome outdoor amenities.



Guest Access:

Camp Greenwood features two tiny homes, Sage House and Thistle House, plus a sauna and a private pond on seven acres of peaceful woodland. The entire tiny house and surrounding grounds (including sauna and pond) are available for guest use. Please note, while Sage House does have its own dedicated outdoor area with a private 2-person Nordic hot tub, Adirondack chairs, Weber grill, and Breeo firepit, both the pond and sauna are Camp amenities, which are shared between both tiny houses.



The Neighborhood:

Chester is a charming quintessential Vermont town that is dubbed the antique capital of Vermont and known for its historic downtown, beautiful stone village, and thriving arts scene. The nearby towns of Grafton and Ludlow are equally as charming and full of outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, fishing and swimming.



Other Things to Note:

Sage House has potable, filtered water, which runs through a custom filter retrofitted for our tiny home. This leads to water pressure that can be a little lighter than what you may be used to at home!



Bringing your pup along? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just add your pet to the reservation when booking.



Please note that Sage House is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
