Pet Deposit:
We require a refundable deposit of $250 if you are bringing an approved pet (we accept dogs under 50 lbs. with host pre-approval and service animals). Upon check-out and if no damage is found, your $250 deposit will be refunded in full within 48 hours.

Front Door Access:
Use the provided door code to enter. We will message you approximately 48 hours prior to your stay with the door code and WiFi information.

Access Guide:
A welcome binder is provided on the kitchen counter with our house rules and recommendations for local restaurants, shopping, and beaches.

Guest Essentials:
We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, and basic spices, along with all necessary utensils, cookware, and kitchen essentials.

✔ Pet Policy: We welcome one dog under 35lbs with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and supervised at all times.

✔ Security: Exterior security cameras are on site. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

✔ Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We offer self-check-in for your convenience.
