This home is new to us and so is everything in it. Located on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home comes with a boat dock, kayaks and a paddle board. Everything from the silverware to the furniture, is brand new in 2024! Enjoy amazing sunsets from the heated pool (FREE June through September, otherwise, $25 extra per day) or pool deck of this 4 bed, 3 bath home located on a cul-de-sac in highly desired Southwest Cape Coral, FL. Fish from the private dock, kayak or paddle board from your back yard. Everything you need or want to enjoy the outdoors and surrounding water we have thought of and supplied with this rental.

No one wants to go on vacation and have to work, but if you need to, we have Fiber internet to keep you connected. Master bedroom has king size bed and full bath with plenty of space. Guest room 1 has a King bed and full bath making it like a secondary master suite. Both these King bedrooms have sliders that walk out and overlook the pool and canal! Guest room 2 has a Queen bed with direct access to bathroom #3. The final bedroom has a twin bed that converts into two twin beds via bunkie board design. This 4th bedroom can also be used as an office. There is a desk and 2 chairs just incase work needs to go on while vacationing. If four bedrooms are not enough, there is also a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen blow up mattress just in case. The 3rd bathroom has a tub shower and open to living areas as well. Kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with seating for 6 at the bar area. Dining table has a leaf that slides out and seats up to 10 as well.

This Cape Coral, FL home is fully stocked and ready for you to kick up your feet and enjoy the sunsets from the pool or living room. Daily trips to several beach locations are common with Ft. Myers Beach being the most popular and approximately 30 minutes away. If you will be here for an extended period, enjoy trips to Orlando, Tampa Bay and Miami all within about a three hour drive. Or catch the ferry to the Florida Keys daily out of Ft. Myers Beach.

We all had a great time!! The house was great and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again! I was very excited to see fishing rods in the garage (caught my first few saltwater fish from the dock!) Great communication with the owner. The only issue we had all week was that the hot tub stopped heating but the pool guy was there within a matter of hours and got it working quickly!

The kitchen and outdoor spaces stood out the most to me. The kitchen was one of the best stocked of the many properties we have rented over the years and the appliances were top notch! The pool area and the surrounding views were beautiful and most of the time it was so quiet that I could hear the fish jumping in the water. I enjoyed watching the sunrises every morning from the pool patio. The many glass sliding doors span the back of the home, giving peaceful views of the pool, the canal and surrounding greenery.

The house and neighborhood were very nice. The hot tub and pool were heated and used frequently. It was also nice to have kayaks and fishing rods to use. One area of improvement would be the need for shade. The awning didn't appear to work and the one umbrella had a rusted/broken stand.

The house was very well maintained and clean. It was very comfortable and the mattresses were super nice. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook or bake if that was desired. The pool was a perfect place to hang out and the neighborhood was very safe and peaceful. Grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants were all very close by. Additionally, there was a washer and dryer in the house that was very useful. We had a nice stay!!

Beautiful home!

This home was a great property. Plenty of kitchen tools. The pool and patio right on the canal were special. From the bikes, kayaks and outdoor bbq, to the 2 master suites, this place had everything. There was a park a mile away with basketball, pickleball, tennis as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Upon walking into the house, it was breathtaking. You know and feel when a place is clean, and I knew as soon as we walked in it was exactly what we would hope it to be when entering. The space for 8 of us was perfect and we plan to stay again in the future. I believe our family enjoyed the views and the pool more than anything, more so than the beach! It was overall, terrific!

Very well stocked kitchen! Beautiful and roomy home. Quiet safe neighborhood

We stayed for 8 nights. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We used the 3 nice bicycles, paddle board, beach umbrella and sand toys that were provided. We had smallChildren so the washer and dryer wasgreat! Maintenance man was very responsive when we had questions about the hot tub equipment etc.

Great Place!

Everything from the communication with questions, quick replies, cleanliness of the inside and outside, location to the beach and stores and the overall sleeping situation was absolutely perfect for our family. The furniture is brand new as was everything else in the house down to the silverware. The south facing pool/hot tub was great and we had fun fishing off the dock. If we find ourselves seeking a place to stay in the Cape Coral area ever again we will be looking to stay at this place again for sure.

Amazing Stay

We had family of all ages meet up at this vacation home. The access to the pool was amazing. Windows everywhere and while it was a bit crazy with the kids at times, it was an absolute memory of a lifetime. Very quiet neighborhood. This home is all the way at the end of a cul-de-sac making the traffic near non existent. This was great for the kids playing outside. The fish light at the dock was a huge hit for the kids too. We would absolutely visit again. Book with confidence, you won't be disappointed!!

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and I booked this place for a quick getaway and was our first time using VRBO. The place was perfect for our needs. The property is in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood yet 5 minutes away from food, shopping, or anything else you need. The property has a boat slip and access to the gulf was about 30 minutes. The kids loved the pool and having the canal behind us. It was very clean and everything in the property was brand new. It was a great place to kick back and unwind. Definitely beats our usual hotel reservations. The owner was great to work with and I'd highly recommend this property if it is available. I'm already planning next year.

Beautiful property but had many issues

The property itself was really nice, clean, and had all new furniture. It was located in a great area, and check-in was super easy. Everything looked great when we arrived. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues that made our stay less enjoyable.The pool and hot tub were clean, but the temperature is controlled remotely by the owner, not by guests. Even though we paid the heating fee, the pool wasnā€™t warm enough to swim in comfortably, and we lost an entire day of swimming due to heating issues. One of the bedrooms didnā€™t have AC, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in, and the master bathroom shower and tub didnā€™t have hot water.On top of that, the house was understocked with basic supplies. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, there were no spices provided in the kitchen, and the bathrooms didnā€™t have shampoo or conditioner. The owner was not very friendly or helpful in their messages and didnā€™t apologize for any of the problems we encountered.

This home really has it all. South facing is huge for us. We get that southern sun in the winter months and still catch a sunrise and sunset from the pool deck. Being located at the end of the cul-de-sac is amazing for the sake of no traffic. Kids can play in the street with really no problem at all if desired. The higher elevation of the home also makes it rather surge resistant. No water entered this home during Ian cat 5 hurricane with 12ft storm surge. Essentially, we have power, we have the ability to keep it open for rent. There really is no better place to sit back with a drink and watch the fish jump through the canal. So peaceful at all hours of the day here!
