Sleeping Arrangements:
With space for up to 9 guests, this home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and freestanding tub, TV, and direct access to the backyard. A second bedroom includes a king bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each provide a full bed and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups. A second bathroom includes a vanity and walk-in shower.

Outdoor Living:
The backyard is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the private pool (can be heated for a fee), lounge on comfortable outdoor furniture, stream your favorite shows on the patio TV, or make use of the BBQ grill for casual meals. The fully fenced yard offers privacy and a safe space to unwind.

Kitchen & Dining:
The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, two large islands, coffee bar, and ample prep space. Essentials such as cookware, dishes, utensils, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses. A dining table and outdoor seating create options for shared meals.

Pool heating is completely optional and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay (check-out day is not charged). When requested, the pool will be heated to approximately 82–85°F. Payment and notification are required at least 48 hours before arrival.
🌡️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING POOL HEAT:
A heated pool is NOT the same as a hot tub! While heating makes the pool water more comfortable for swimming, it will NOT feel hot like a hot tub. For comparison, our pools are heated to approximately 82–85°F, while a typical hot tub is around 102–104°F. That`s a difference of nearly 20 degrees!
