PARKING
Guests have access to the entire property, front and back yard and the entire home. There is space for 1 car in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway, and any additional cars can park in front of the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes.

HOUSE RULES
- Outside Vendors by request only: no hibachi, cabana boys or similar
- No 3rd-Party Bookings: Booking person must be present the entire stay.
- 10pm Quiet Time: City Noise Ordinance, lowered voices
- No confetti, glitter, rose petals or taping things to walls
- No Smoking indoors or out
- No unapproved visitors. Unauthorized visitors will result in cancellation without refund.
- HOT TUB: If the hot tub is left in a condition that requires a full drain and deep cleaning—such as murky water, excessive debris, or misuse—a $375 USD cleaning fee will apply.
- POOL: If the pool is left in a condition that requires a full drain and deep cleaning—such as murky water, excessive debris, broken glass found surrounding, or misuse—a $1,000 USD cleaning fee will apply.

To meet local requirements, all guests must complete a secure third-party ID verification within 24 hours of booking as well. Please reply within 24 hours so we can prepare for your visit.
