We own the lots on both sides of the cabin....so you'll never feel crowded .WOODBURNING FIREPLACE, PRIVATE HOT TUB . TOWER FANS & CEILING FANS ARE PROVIDED FOR COOLING. WE HAVE ADDED A HOTEL TYPE AC & heat unit to the main living area! This will cool down the kitchen, living, dining area , hall bathroom and help with cooling the bedrooms! Nights in Ruidoso are cool but there are plenty of fans to add to your comfort. Three Roku - televisions.
We do allow dogs, maximum of 2, by approval. Pet fee applies, per dog. Must be housebroken & DO NOT GET ON BEDDING OR FURNITURE. If evidence that a dog has been on bedding or furniture, additional cleaning fees apply. The Ruidoso area has so much to offer! Our just sit on the deck, take in the beautiful mountains & wildlife, sip on your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings.What's not to love?

You won't find a cleaner or better kept property, we don't believe! We have an excellent housekeeper and make it a priority to have top-notch bedding. We've worked hard to have a high rating on our reviews and will continue to do so! And.....we appreciate every single one! Please check road and weather conditions when traveling in winter months. Ruidoso is a mountainous area....and snow chains or 4 wheel drive is recommended in snowy seasons. We have central heat and ceiling fans, tower fans for cooling at the cabin.
