This beautiful custom designed former model home includes a large den as well as a captain's watch. Offering ocean to sound views and direct ocean

Seatopia a beautiful oceanside, 5 bedroom home with a private pool and hot tub. Just a short walk to the beach access, only 100 yards away, where your enjoyment begins at the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful Nags Head beaches. Close to the new Jeanette's Pier, shopping and dining. Plenty of room for family and friends, enjoy the rec room with the pool table and sitting area with TV, ocean views from the living area and top deck and sound views from the back decks. TVs, DVD players, WIFI, outside shower and grill. Private deeded beach access 100 yards away.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Beautiful home

My grand children loved having our own private pool, and the walk to the beach was fairly easy. The lay out and decor of the house were beautiful too.

Seatopia OBX 2019

Had a wonderful and relaxing week. We were comfortable and the house was great! Private beach access is right across the street and is very convenient. There were six of us so we had more than enough room to accommodate us all. We would definitely rent this property again!

We had an excellent experience with this rental property. It was clean, fresh and beautifully decorated. We loved playing pool in the game room. Most of our time was spent in the pool. Loved every minute. Will check into another stay next summer. O♡B♡X!

My daughter got married on the beach last year and we are back for their anniversary. Your house was perfect fit for our family. THEY LOVED THE HOT TUB AND POOL!! Mark was wonderful and fixed these for us, the say we let him know about the problems. Very pleasant as well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation home.

Seatopia is a prime vacation location. It is surrounded by shopping, beach front access, eateries and plenty of fun family activities. We have go carts, mini golf, museums, aquariums for the family. For the adults, plenty of bars and grills ready to serve up your alcoholic delights. The hot tub is amazing, we spent every night in it. The temperature wasn't hot enough to really enjoy the pool, but we did go in it for a few minutes. We definitely recommend this vacation experience and would easily book it again.

I have visited OBX frequently but this was the first time my entire family was able to come down and visit too! The house was absolutely perfect! There were 12 of us (7 adults 5 children) and we were all very comfortable. The rec room and bunk beds were perfect for the kids and the kitchen and dining room was great for the adults. We would love to stay here again!

Great beach access immediately across the road. We enjoyed the balconies with the views of both the ocean and sound. The house was set up great for our family - 3 adults and two children - has one master bedroom and bath and two full size bed bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the second floor, a full size bed bedroom and a kids bunk bedroom with a shared bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom are all on the third floor (top level of house). Pool was perfect with more than adequate pool area seating. Pool needs a scrub as there is a ring around the edge of it. But water was clean. The house definitely needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The ceiling fans and vents are full of dust - really disgusting to sleep under a dusty fan. The bed on the first floor had dirty sheets (even found was appeared to be scabs and debris when we pulled the sheets back). So we had to wash the sheets when we first got there. The toilets have stains and weren't clean to my satisfaction so we clea

This beach house was perfect for our family. Spacious & well laid out. Access to the beach was only steps away thanks to being able to have access through another beach house across the street. Pool area was nice & very clean. We experienced no problems with anything. Only complaint I have is house was not as clean as I had hoped. Ceiling fan in one bedroom was very dusty. Loved the layout of the kitchen but the toaster, coffee maker, bread basket, & silverware drawer were not very clean so i had to immediately clean all those things before I could settle down. New pots & pans are much needed for this rental. Furniture in the family room was not very comfortable. In spite of these complaints I would definitely rent this house again & recommend to others.

Perfect house for our family. We had 10 adults and 3 babies. Beautiful views of the sound. Can see the ocean, but not super well. Extremely short walk to the beach. Sits on Virginia dare road which is a busy road. Personally, we will probably decide to pay more and get a ocean front house for our next vacation as it just offers a different experience. PS... Village realty was fantastic...Will use them again. The app is the best. It was so easy and convenient.

Perfect location, excellent customer service

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had some issues with the lock and they came right away to fix it, on Easter! Very easy to access to the beach. We would definitely return!

A great home, in a great location! The house was pretty clean for the most part (a bit dusty) but it couldn't have accommodated our family better! Beach access was pretty easy (it's hard to get over the dunes even with the stairs!) and the pool was great! I loved the views of the sound and the ocean from the top floor balconies. There are a lot of stairs, but that's pretty much the case with any of the homes in the area! The pool was cleaned mid week, which was great! Any issues with the house were addressed as requested, and overall great service was provided by VROBX! One suggestion may be to get some more seating on the 1st level so it can better utilized for socializing! Other than that, great house, great stay! Would definitely use VROBX again!

Had a wonderful vacation with the family! The house well was equipped and very comfortable. The weather was perfect. Location was super convemient to everything and walkable to much. One minor complaint would be that the housekeeping was a bit spotty. The bathrooms were not thouroughly cleaned (hair in the tub and sink), there were items found behind curtains (cup, beer bottle, misc), lots of dust in bedrooms and the main floor did not appear to be vacuumed . we were also missing towels for the master bedroom? all other beds had sets of towels on them. kitchen was clean and pool was ready! we had an AC unit issue the nightw earrived and it was fixed very quickly the next day ( I did not call in until the morning). Overall, great stay and would highly recommend VROBX. You just might want to check up on your housekeeping service!
