Escape to our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach. With mesmerizing views of the sparkling Atlantic, this fully equipped retreat offers the ultimate beach experience. The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Anchorage I is located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

Awesome vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were celebrating my youngest son's completion of a hospital pharmacy residency. there were 5 of us and we greatly enjoyed the condo and the location. We were conveniently located to grocery stores, beach stores and Broadway at the Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) wanted somewhere nice/quiet to stay but close to activities and this place fit very well. The location is premium--just a few steps to miles of clean, white beach and ocean. Not too crowded when we went. This unit has oceanfront views, couldn't ask for much better. The complex included a pool as well, so it was everything we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Super Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved being oceanfront. Unit was well equipped. Nice kitchen! The only complaint was that the unit was musty- most likely due to carpet throughout rather than just in bedrooms. Would definitely come back to Anchorage for another stay. Office staff was great to work with! Kudos to Lisa!

Great location in complex

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Anchorage I unit A02 was a GREAT location! VERY limited supplies some of which I was aware of in check-in materials but some not. Example: Not a square of TP when we arrived. Although it clearly stated there was a "starter" shampoo and soap neglected to mention no TP. 1 dishwasher pack, even though you are responsible for leaving the condo at check out with ALL the dishes washed and put away, no trash bags in kitchen can, but ALL trash must be removed prior to check out and similar short cuts. No Beach Towels. Chairs were reported available but there were only 3 and one was broken. We added 2 more chairs and 4 beach towels washed folded and ready to go for the next guest in the "beach closet". There is ABSOLUTELY NO luggage storage available. The management was not at all helpful and just said it was my problem. We had a 7pm flight and had to rent a car for 1 day to have a place for our bags after 10am check out and 5pm drive to airport.We rented a golf cart instead of a car for the week. Highly recommend doing that if you only need to go to the store and dinner at night. Condo was dated but did the trick. AC worked great but clothes dryer not very well. High maintenance check out requirements and no beach towels bugged me.
