Best vacation!

This rental was absolutely perfect for my family. It was so close to the beach and the pool. The kitchen had everything I could have needed, the home was so clean upon arrival. I have zero issues or complaints. We will definitely rent this house again! Thank you for an unforgettable week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay! Kitchen was well stocked, perfect for cooking. Some basics like salt and pepper would be nice. The location very quiet, clean and safe. It is right across from the beach and there is a playground as well. And the property itself is right in front of the pool, so the baby monitor will reach if need be. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place! It was very roomy, open and clean. While you can't view the ocean from the room itself, a few steps outside the door and you are there. Very modern kitchen. Loved the wall decorations. My only problem was that the mattress is very firm and I do better with a softer mattress.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and her young family stayed in this unit. The only problem was that she couldn't change the channel. Only one station with small children was hard. Also, within 30 minutes of leaving, she realized her son had left his Minecraft game in the room. She called to report it. She was told someone would call her if they found it or not. We rented several units. This review is just for this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here many times, love the location and the beach. This time we were on the first floor, people at the pool way after 10pm, very loud! There was one group of people that took up the entire pool everyday and would sit on the only set of steps to get in the pool. They had a large cooler and would drink and eat in the pool and became very obnoxious! I will have to rethink staying here again!

Strange rules

There are dogs barking from the balcony. Kid's are so noisy around the pool we had to close the sliding door so we can have a conversation. And the strange thing we were not allowed to park our BMW touring motorcycle in the carpark. It is more quite than most cars. We where threatened with a tow truck? If not removed at once. No one explaint why

Thank you for your feedback Thomas. There are family's that rent from us who like to utilize the outdoors for enjoyment and apologize if you felt it was loud. We have a strict no pet policy so I'm not sure where the barking was coming from. Per HOA rules they do not allow trailers or motorcycles. This is displayed on the listing as well. We informed you right away because we have no control over the HOA and wanted to make sure you did not have it towed. We hope we get the opportunity to host you again!

Great beachfront condo

Our family, along with several other baseball families, stayed at Anchorage I this past week while our team played in a weeklong tournament at The Ripken Experience. We loved the condo location being so close to the beach as well as only 10 min from the fields. It is also not far from most local attractions & only a short ride to North Myrtle. This particular unit was clean, comfortable & very well-stocked with almost everything we needed for a week at the beach! We enjoyed our stay here very much & would definitely recommend it to others!

Amazing Home Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a great place for our family of four.Plenty of space to not be in each other way for 7 days. Great pool space and access to the beach.Only complaint is the constant running of other kids through the complex. Would start at 7am and go all day. Just be mindful that you can hear all those little feet running up and down the hall and even in the units below you.Added bonus for the close full of pool and beach toys and beach chairs!

Our Anchorage Stay

We arrived in Myrtle Beach for a week long trip to a very very beautiful condo with an ocean view surrounding a beautiful pool. Our stay in our Condo was awesome. It was so clean and fresh! Very quiet too! Thank you to the owners & anchorage properties for giving us an amazing week! We will definitely book again!

Anchorage I Unit 105

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time staying at Anchorage and will definitely be going back again. This unit was perfect for our family of 5. The property description was dead on. We walked in to a nice, clean condo that is well kept. We have stayed in numerous rental condos and the pictures don't always match what you're getting. That is not the case here, but the pictures don't do this place justice. The master bedroom is very spacious with a huge bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunkbed plus a twin bed and there was still plenty of room in there. The pool was great to go after a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this property. We are already looking at booking for fall break.

A wonderful stay

Very easy process checking in and out. Very clean place, washer and dryer work great. All the pots pans cups bowls etc that you’ll ever need. 1-2 minute walk to the beach and the pool is clean and spacious. Would rent here again! Thanks for the awesome stay!
