Ideal for families, friends, or a romantic retreat, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental offers the perfect getaway. Moreover, the complex presents an array of fantastic amenities, including a sprawling outdoor pool, charming grilling areas, and convenient beach access. Whether you seek sun-soaked relaxation, local exploration, or respite from everyday chaos, this abode promises an unparalleled experience. The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Beautiful, very clean, was on the first floor and you could see the ocean. Pool was right out the door. The condo was very well kept and the grounds outside maintained very well!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Primary concern was that there were no sheets on the main bed. Unable to reach management on weekend. Emergency number had no ability to leave message. Had to purchase. Clean and well located.

We were pleasantly surprised by this rental, the pictures didn't do it justice, that's how nice it really was, we will be back again. The property manager was wonderful to work with And very helpful. There was a nice pool and nice seating areas outside to relax and grilling areas. Overall 5⭐️ food sure.

Our unit was excellent except previous renters left a clothes washer full of sand which took my wife and daughter ages to finally get the small side holes unplugged and sand under agitator washed out. We had to run the rinse cycle several times to get washer working properly. Too bad we ran a load of wash without checking so we had to shake all those clothes before we could wash them again. We honestly felt the condo had been hurriedly cleaned as floor in kitchen and bathroom needed to be swept. We have been having our family reunions at Anchor II since 1988. A great place for that.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed, there was some dangerous things that happened while there, a little boy cut his leg wide open real deep I had to call 911 to come get him, it was a piece that was broken on the spout by the pool ladder that was scary for my kids..and sad , and had to leave a few days early for a death! Would of stayed till Sunday had to leave Friday 😪

The managers were quick to respond to our phone calls. We actually wanted to extend one night and since noone had it booked it was a very easy orocess. The location is was right across from the beach, and close to everything you will need.The bed were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would have at home. We absolutely enjoyed this condo, so much so we want to purchase here.

Musty in areas. Great location, beach and pool were great. Was 1st floor and people above us were noisy but just think you could hear everything through floors beacuse this is a older property so stay on top level if you need sleep.
