Welcome to Carolina Dunes 106, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath end-unit condo offering stunning oceanfront views and convenient pool access. The spacious layout and coastal-inspired décor make this condo perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing Myrtle Beach getaway.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, while the open living area flows directly onto the oversized balcony, providing plenty of space to enjoy the ocean breeze. The primary bedroom features a king bed with en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two queen beds. The living room provides a sleeper sofa for additional guests. A full-size washer and dryer and luxury linen package are included, along with 4 beach chairs for guest use.

The condo was very nice. The tv situation was a little bit annoying. We could not got either the master or the room with the double beds to work properly. The master we couldn't figure out at all and the other room I had to re-connect to the wifi every time I turned it on and only could watch streaming. Other than those minor annoyances it was nice. The pool was very nice and the location was great.

Overall, it was a good experience. the master bathroom, there was an outlet that didn't work was a little in convenient. One thing good you had a designated parking spot, which I liked.Overall, a good experience. I would recommend it.

7 days at the Dunes

Our family called this condo home for 7 days over the 4th of July. The Carolina Dunes is a hidden gem among the bigger hotels it sit between. With its smaller location it has one of the nicest 3 bed room condos that we have stayed in. Very clean facility. , and the closet walk to the beach that we have ever had.

Beach view was unobstructed. Clean condo. Pool was enjoyed by those who used it.Disappointed that the television in the living room did not allow for use of an external streaming device to access online streamng services.

Everything was completely amazing. We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect and property was very nice. Only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the mattresses. They were fairly uncomfortable. However, we would stay at this property again!

Great location

We had no issues with the property, except the porch was a little small. There’s also no corral or space to keep chairs/umbrellas when not on the beach, so we had to take them to our car/room at the end of each day. The space was very clean and well maintained and check in was very easy! It’s not too crowded either and it’s a great location. Lots of walkable place to eat, a close Starbucks and ice cream shop. Would highly recommend for a family!

A great place for our family vacation!

The view from our condo was phenomenal! Everything that was described on the listing was accurate. There was a closet full of water/sand toys and floats. The company was great to work with. The carpets could stand to be steam cleaned and a few of the closets weren’t on the tracks to be used properly and there was construction happening, but none of those things caused any problems for our vacation. We would definitely book again and will tell our friends about your condos!

A good stay

Booked this condo for a family vacation of 10 people. The condo is spacious, we had enough room to be comfortable in the dining area & living room. The ocean view is nice from the balcony & beautiful from one of the bedrooms. The only problem that occurred is with the parking. The lot is small & couldn’t find a spot to park at night, tried to contact property manager but didn’t respond until morning. Overall I recommend this place 👍

Washed Out

Unfortunately our stay was hit by tropical storm Debby. The unit was very nice, but because we were forced to stay indoors and had to rely on the internet for entertainment. The internet was very poor and I had to revert to hotspot streaming on my phone. Overall it was a good stay minus the weather!

2014 Myrtle Beach Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! The Condo is right on the beach with very easy access. The Kitchen is new and so are the bathrooms and it great condition. All three rooms are large. We had three couples with two kids and had plenty of room. The only downside was the elevators were extremely slow and the stairs were only an option going down.

The only real disappointment had to do with the fact that none of the interior doors locked. So, 8 individuals getting showered or dressed/undressed without any locks in the bathrooms or the bedrooms was extremely unnerving. On the first day we reported it and was told that someone from maintenance would be right there--that person never came. Everything else was satisfactory.

We loved this condo and will definitely stay again.Pros. First level spacious condo that took only minutes to get to the beach. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kitchen had lot of necessities for us to make most meals at the condo. A few items could be upgraded as they seemed older. Can opener didn't work great. Skillets had some scratches.Bedrooms were spacious ,nice, and beds were comfortable. Closets and dressers were really nice to have. Beach chairs were a nice item to have. One umbrella is broken and needs replaced.Cons. We went during balcony construction(we were made aware ahead of time and chose to keep the reservation) and that was tough a couple of days. One day they were painting the bedroom door and we came back from being out to it standing wide open with no warning at all. We really didn't like that as we had left personal items out. We would have appreciated a heads up to expect this and we wouldn't have been so shocked.Even with those cons we loved this location as it was clean,safe,and we enjoyed the place for 4 days pretty much to ourselves.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a nice place, but attention was needed in the unit. This was our second year staying in the same condo. The coffeemaker did not work at all. The TV in living room sometimes works. (Last year it didn't work at all!). The oven is nasty. The mattress covers were dirty. Carpet needs replacing. I would recommend this property because it is a great location. It just needs attention!
