This exceptional second story 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo directly overlooks the pool / courtyard and provides excellent ocean and pool views from the balcony. Enjoy a warm welcome to our exquisite oceanfront condo, boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the vibrant heart of Myrtle Beach. Immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring views of the Atlantic as you indulge in this fully equipped coastal retreat. Unwind in the inviting living area, prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, and recharge in the homey bedrooms. Step outside to bask in the sun, take a dip in the pool, explore nearby attractions, or savor delightful dining options. Embrace tranquility on the balcony, capturing the breathtaking ocean views. Countless memories await at our Myrtle Beach haven. Reserve now for an exceptional beach getaway with loved ones.


The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.


Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

The unit we had this year was exactly what our family needed for a 2week stay. Our one and only concern was the fragrance we encountered when first entered the unit was very overwhelming and caused a few of us respiratory issues at first . The fragrance is not necessary. We did need to call maintenance about a coffee table issue they were prompt and efficient. Thank you for a great vacation. We will see you next year

Best friends

We stayed over Memorial weekend! We arrived on Wednesday and extended our stay until Tuesday. The view from the master bedroom is the best!!! It was wonderful to wake up and see the ocean. I also had my 2 year old granddaughter with us and it was a perfect family location.

The rooms are always so clean and comfortable, the grounds are well kept, and it's my absolute favorite vacation spot. The beautiful ocean views and easy beach access is simply perfect. Carson helped me with check ins and reservations and was so kind and helpful. This past visit was my first beach vacation with my new husband (we got married about a year ago) and we both had a terrific time. I grew up staying at the Anchorage I/II every year since I was a baby and it's the home of some of my favorite memories. Thank you for always making it so special every time!!

We noted 2 maintenance issues and that was looked into right away, although couldn't be fixed at that time. Total KUDOS to Lisa and Karin though for working with us to book our next visit!

Excellent communication with manager!

We had an issue with the microwave in the condo. The property manager was quick to respond and very promptly sent someone out to resolve the issue. The property was perfect for our family trip and we will definitely stay there again! Thank you for a great experience!

Old and dirty and very inconsiderate

Call the property manager to tell them we had a terrible experience with the upstairs condo above us , a 3 year old that ran across the floor early morning and evenings ! We where out most of the days! My husband ask the wife kindly if she could keep the running down to a minimum! But that creates the husband coming out to threaten a guess who he mistook as my husband! The running got worse as the week got on, we left and came home two days early! Never again at the Anchor 2 the manager did not one thing other than sorry! Sign by the elevator clearly be responsible to the floors underneath you!

Overall Very Nice Property

Our only issue was upon arrival there was a dead roach in the children's bedroom. Then our daughters went to their bathroom to get toilet paper to clean it up, and the entire roll of toilet paper was moldy. This started off the trip on a negative note, and they were concerned about sleeping in the beds. The unit is very spacious and has direct beach access. It was a nice place.

The property is old and worn out. It needs a refresh. People were in the pool until midnight

The property is very in need of an update. The most annoying thing and the cheapest was the "one toilet paper per bathroom, one garbage bag and one roll of paper towels. Its an annoyance to have to go and buy these items since every other rental supplies them. The throw pillows on the couch were so old they were flay and smelled of dirty heads. I would not come here again.

Good stay for the price

This was a really nice property for the price we paid! The beach was a quick walk across the street (and it was rarely busy even on Memorial Day weekend), the pool was clean and usually quiet, and it was a quick drive to everywhere in Myrtle beach! The only complaint we had was we wish it could have been a little more cleanly upon our arrival. A few of the dishes seemed like they hadn’t been washed and the guest bathtub was quite dirty. Aside from this, which was pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things, this was a great place to stay!

Great place

It was a decent place to stay, close to the beach and not crowded. Was looking for a safe place during covid with not a lot of traffics. Three flights of stairs was empty pretty much all the time. Didn’t take the elevator. The place was comfy and spacious for the 6 of us. Beware, loft upstairs has no wall or bathroom. Not ideal for adults but good for kids. It worked for us!

Excellent stay!

This was our first time booking a condo and not a hotel. I was quite concerned for the safety of my family given COVID. However, our experiment was great.! We stayed at Anchorage II which was right across the beach. The apartment was impeccable. It was clean beyond I had imagined. Towels, linens all very clean. The owner had everything in the house from small utensils to grinders, hot pots, oven accessories, and everything you could possibly need. My toddler was thrilled about beach toys, beach umbrella (so thoughtful of the owner), books and puzzles that they left us. Parking was easy. Owner was easy to get in touch with. We literally booked the night before traveling. Check in was easy. Great location. Private beach access for guests only!! So social distancing was very doable. Overall great experience and would recommend to a friend!
