Welcome to our privately owned, newly constructed luxury condo in Ocean City, MD—Bayberry on the Bay. It is superbly located on 26th St. Situated on a canal with bay views for peace and quiet, it is also just two blocks from the Ocean City Boardwalk, beach, Jolly Rogers amusements, and many restaurants. Everything is walkable! The open-concept condo features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, and 2 balconies. The location and excellent accommodations will ensure an enjoyable stay.

Building amenities include secure entry, an elevator, and onsite parking. The beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, amusements, water sports, and more are all nearby.

Sleeping up to twelve guests (10 adult maximum), this four-bedroom, three-bath condo features a king in the primary bedroom, a king in bedroom two, a queen in bedroom three, and two sets of pyramid bunks in bedroom four.

Two vehicles may park in tandem with the proper parking pass. Covered and assigned parking, labeled #9, is reserved for you! Plenty of overflow street parking is available.

A linen and towel package is included with the reservation. We also supply some paper goods, soaps, and cleaning supplies, but be sure to pack personal items, hair products, etc.

The HOA does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25 or party-type groups (No high school Senior graduates, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties). Violators will be evited.

Non-Smoking/No Vaping in the unit, in hallways, elevators, or balconies; condo guidelines indicate 50 feet from the building. No pets!

Fine for smoking: $500. The fine will be automatically deducted from your VRBO account.

Noise: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. We have owner-occupied units next door. Please avoid disturbing noise and loud music.

Fines will be assessed by order of the Ocean City Police Department.
