After waking up in the morning, you can walk right out to the boardwalk for exercise or rent a 4-wheeled bicycle and drive around the boardwalk or fishing with family and friends to create beautiful memories. Best location in Ocean City – in the center of it all.

This condo has all the modern conveniences, a gourmet kitchen with granite counter and SS appliances, fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, microwave, a Keuriq, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, an outdoor foot shower, and an indoor pool (The indoor pool is open from Memorial Day to October 15).

This condo is loaded with comforts and amenities including quick, easy check-in with code on the door (no key required), air-conditioning, high-speed Internet (WiFi), enjoy 2 large 60" flat-screen High Definition cable TVs, DVD player, elevator, one reserved parking space, one guess space (non-guaranteed space, first come first serve, you can park on the road around the premise).

This property has the sleeping arrangements necessary to accommodate up to 6 people.

The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy couch, chairs, a large 60" flat-screen television—the couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The dining room has a dining table that can sit 8 people.

The bedroom has a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) and a full bed (sleeps 2), and a large 60” flat-screen television.

The sliding balcony doors provide fantastic ocean views and allow plenty of natural light. You can view the Ocean and hear the sound of the wave from the living/dining room. An open floor plan that makes entertaining family and friends is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week or just a few days!

We gladly welcome you to bring your furry family member(s) up to two house-trained and well-behaved dogs or cats to our unit year-round to enjoy the beach and boardwalk with a one-time Pet Fee of $60 per stay.

However, please note that per Ocean City’s pet policy and regulation, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk from May 1 to September 30. They are permitted between October 1 and April 30.

Unattended pets must be crated.

This property rents to families, married couples, or responsible adults over the age of 25.

***Linens and towels are not included in the rate but can be rent from a third party online. Should you decide NOT to rent Bed Linens & Towel Packages through a 3rd party, you must bring your own Bed Linens & Towels with you.

*Should you choose not to, you must provide your own bed linens (sheets) and towels.

*All the beds are covered with water-resistant bed padding protectors over the mattress.

*Remember to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and toiletries. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens and towels are not included in the rate but can be rent from a third party online.
