*HEATED POOL & SPA: Pool & SPA heat is an additional charge of $75/ day to have activated & must be requested at the time of booking. The resort style pool features a shallow Baja/tanning ledge, led pool light and a built in spa. Natural gas pool heater will work under any conditions.

* Family friendly and responsible travelers only please. This is not a party house or backyard late night spot to hang so keep that in mind when booking! No parties, birthday parties or unauthorized large gatherings are permitted at this property. The City of Scottsdale has a strict ordinance against nuisance gatherings at vacation rentals.

*SUMMER MONTHS: Typically June-September is hot enough that no pool heating is required.

HOT TUB/SPA: This pool has a built-in spa so we have to schedule when to heat the spa & when to heat the pool, but no worries we can schedule this to your liking! Additional daily heating charge is required for the pool/spa heat. This 400k btu pool heater runs on natural gas so it’s pricy to run but it works under any weather conditions while most pool heaters will not.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, fireplace, TV & an en-suite spa style bathroom with a TV.

2ND BEDROOM: Queen size bed with a closet & TV.

3RD BEDROOM: Full size bed closet & TV.

KITCHEN: The cook’s kitchen has an electric double oven for cooking, microwave, spices & much more for cooking large meals with the family. Make lasting memories & book a private chef with our concierge store. Weber BBQ grille is available to cook some delicious food.
