- No Loud music can be playing outside.

- Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the rental agreement.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
- Guest Must Not Flush Feminine products, toilet paper, diapers or any other items that can clog the toilets.
- Guests must abide by all local laws and regulations.
- Guests must respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
- Guests must leave the house in the same condition as it was upon check-in.
- Guests use the pool at their own risk.
Cancellation policy:
To receive a full refund (less 3.5% payment processing fee), guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. You can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
