--BEDROOMS--
You will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to four spacious bedrooms and a secondary living room that features 2 comfy sofas, a 65" Smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a card table. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV to watch your favorite shows, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom includes two double bunk beds with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top.

If you’re traveling with little ones feel free to use the pack n’ play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware!

--BATHROOMS--
There are three FULL bathrooms. The first one is located in the hallway near the second bedroom. The second bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. The third bathroom is located on the lower level. All bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

--KITCHEN--
After taking in the sights all day, channel your inner chef in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster, a blender, and a dishwasher. If you’re traveling with young ones, there are kids' plates, bowls, and cups available for use in addition to a high chair.

Morning coffee is made easy with a full coffee bar. Step outside on the screened-in porch to enjoy the natural beauty of Northwest Arkansas.

When it comes time for enjoying your meals, there’s plenty of room with seating for 12 plus additional bar seating. The large kitchen/dining area is perfect for morning chats, family meals and game night.

--LIVING ROOM--
The living room is the first room you'll see when you enter the house. The large sectional is the perfect place to lounge or watch a movie on the Smart TV.

Walk downstairs to the lower level and find the second living room space that doubles a game room with a card table, smart TV, and game console.

--OUTDOOR AREA–

You’ll find it easy to spend time outdoors when you stay here. There are three outdoor areas to enjoy. The screened-in deck off of the kitchen with an outdoor sofa and two seats, perfect for
sipping on your early morning coffee. The lower patio features a large outdoor sectional, two seats and a large hot tub. There is also a private deck off of the master bedroom.

Additionally, the tree-covered backyard features a wooden play-set that’s great for kids.

And don’t forget the awesome mountain bike amenities like a bike wash station and dedicated indoor bike maintenance room.

We’re committed to being great neighbors, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

- NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.

- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors. If smoking is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.

- NO Pets: This is NOT a pet friendly property. If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.
