LOCATION SPECIFICS
My beach side house is located in the exclusive island community of Hillsboro Beach, FL. at 1225 Hillsboro Mile Rd. Villa F is part of a private resort that spans from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway. Sunrise to sunset. Guests enjoy the distinct features of BOTH the ocean and the intracoastal waterway park. The resort offers shared amenities to its guests including: 300 feet of private beach with cabanas, a heated pool, a park with 300 feet of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway, beautifully landscaped tropical grounds and onsite management from
9 PM to 5PM every day .

Within the resort property, Villa F is located 50 feet from the beach and 50 feet from the pool. This Villa provides a private, yet connected experience for its guests. Guests often sunbathe or grill dinner just off the front porch. Ocean views are available from your front door. Did I mention that this home is literally on the beach.

VILLA BASICS
This villa contains 1 bedroom with walk in closet, a bathroom with shower, galley kitchen with eating area, a living room and a covered porch. Villa furnishing are comfortable with tasteful decorating. The sofa opens to an additional bed if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and meant to be used.

Vill F has central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Seldom used central heat is also available. Linens and towels. are provided The resort offers a coin laundry facility convenient to villa F. A dedicated parking spot is included and additional guest parking can be provided.

PORCH
An underestimated feature of this villa is its attached covered porch. This private porch is more aptly described as a tropical room and is useful in nearly any weather condition. The porch looks east across a grassy yard and has a spectacular view of the ocean. Guests frequently move lounge and chairs to the yard as a convent sunbathing option.

This unit is equipped with 2 flatscreen TVs and DVD player. Content is delivered via Comcast cable package. High speed wireless internet is included.

LOCAL ENTERTAINMENT
This villa is located just a few minutes walk to Embassy Suites, our neighbor to the north. Embassy has a fine restaurant and bar open to the public.

The Deerfield Beach commercial area is just under a mile to the north an easy walk on the Deerfield Beach promenade. There you will find: shops, fine restaurants,. bars, burgers and ice cream, and a grocery store. These services are accessible by a pleasant walk along the ocean, by car or the beach shuttle.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
This is a wonderful place for kids. There is a beach, a pool and lots of green space for play. High chairs, folding beds and Pack and Play are available on site. Cribs are easily rented. The walk in closet off the bedroom is big enough for a crib or roll away bed and all the rest of your stuff.

INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY PARK
This home is on a lovely piece of property spanning from the ocean to the waterway and divided into two pieces by Hillsboro Mile. The east side has the beach and a heated pool. The west side has a large open space for activities and a park on the waterway with: a tiki hut, 300 feet of frontage, lounge chairs, an opportunity to fish, and an occasional manatee to be seen. The sunsets are marvelous, bring a cocktail.

The cottage is in a great location. We walked to restaurants and used Freebee for places to go a little farther out. Nice to have a private beach with cabanas. There is also a community pickleball court 7 blocks away

Excellent location to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. My wife and I were here for 5 nights and found it to be the best rental for us in the Deerfield area yet. Perfect for 2-3 people. A small one-bedroom villa rental, but welcoming and cozy. The private beach was perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing afternoon read. Not at all crowded or noisy. The villa is well equiped, very comfortable and warmly decorated. Assigned parking is convenient. Jim, the landlord is responsive, caring, and friendly. We will definitely consider this rental villa again as we have family in the area to visit. Our best experience in Deerfield so far.

Wonderful villa and great for children!

We stayed at the Royal Flamingo villa F and had a wonderful stay! Great property, very clean and wonderful location steps away from the beach and pool. Beach is beautiful and quiet, great for children. Jim was so helpful and even helped us with a crib rental for our baby. The site had high chairs and play pens so one less thing to worry about packing when travelling with young children. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely be coming back!

Great bungalow!

Excellent location, clean bungalow with super-comfy bed. Well-stocked, nice kitchen, all appliances in great working order, . Easy in/out. Quiet community with warm pool, neat landscaping, plenty of chaises/chairs/sunshades by beach. Only regret was returning to single digit temps and not finding this place years ago!

Very nice and cute place. We did not have hot water every day, and seemed to only be working about every other day. A couple of days we had to take VERY cold showers. Great beach access!

Serene Location and Ocean Breezes

This is a 5 star villa on the sunny Florida coast. The bungalo has everything you will need, including fully equipped Kitchen, well appointed open concept living room, king sized bedroom, and breezy front porch. There is a heated pool (1 minute walk) and a stunning beach area (30 seconds walk from your front door). Piblix and Whole foods are both close by, and the property managers let you borrow a bbq. Highly recommended and we wished we stayed longer.

Once Again We Were Not Disappointed !

Another vacation at one of our favorite villas in Hillsboro beach again exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is quiet except for the sound of the ocean. Everything inside was neat airy and convenient. Management and the owner, Jim, responded to all inquiries promptly. We had the best time again at this Villa. Hoping to stay again next year.

Special place

Royal Flamingo is truly a special place, like no other. We love this little piece of paradise. Having a private villa is wonderful, the property is beautiful, and the beach and intracoastal waterway are equally enjoyable. We loved the clam shell cabanas on the beach , and the heated swimming pool. Amazing sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the intracoastal. Walking distance to lots if restaurants and the fishing peer. Villa F was comfortable and close to the beach and pool. The bed was comfortable and it felt like home for the week. Super convenient if you need to do laundry as the laundry hut is out the back door. Only downside of this villa was that the stove top didn't seem to work properly, one burner didn't work at all and the others were wonky, taking forever to boil water, there wasn't dish soap provided and the bathroom could have been cleaner. But, none of this affected our relaxing vacation. We will return to the Royal Flamingo!

Lovely Staycation!

Pros: Very nice stay at Villa F. Enjoyed the properties and amenities. The beach was very nice and so was the pool. The sunrises were beautiful and only steps from the front door. The owner was communicative and very responsive. The check in process was simple and the parking was close to the villa. Wifi was convenient, bed was extremely comfortable, and closet was huge (and there were plenty of hangers which doesnā€™t happen often!). This villa had everything we needed - and the weather did not disappoint! We will definitely book again. We loved this little villa! Cons: Bring your own paper towels. Other than that, everything we needed was on hand. The iron does leak and the ironing board is a mini board that doesnā€™t stay standing up, but these were minor inconveniences.
