Oceanfront with lots of room to relax in this fabulous and spacious home with lots of recent upgrades. Room to spread out in the living room with large flat screen TV, Wood burning fireplace and dining/game table. Door leads to the spacious lower deck with outdoor table and chairs, and hot tub tucked away just off the deck. Master Queen Suite is downstairs with Smart TV and sitting nook and new stack washer/dryer. Master bath has large walk in shower. Upstairs has 3 oceanfront queen bedrooms, one with door to upper level deck. 5th bedroom has a south facing partial ocean view from window and 2 twin beds. Upstairs has a full bathroom with claw foot bathtub w/shower head. Second full bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Separate dining room between living room and kitchen seats 6 to 8, plus the additional dining/game table in living room. Kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher and double oven. Head to the garage for some ping-pong fun. Open the bay doors for fresh air and games. Outdoor seating table with propane flame and ping pong for your enjoyment even on those rainy/stormy days. Recent upgrades over the last 2 years include new beds, new hot tub, new siding/paint, and new carpet in upstairs bedrooms. Parking for 3 vehicles
Up to 2 small or 1 medium dog allowed with non refundable pet fee of $75 each. MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT PROPERTY. NO SMOKING

The property was as listed. It is definitely older, and definitely quirky, both in layout and decor. But the location is outstanding. Right on the beach, a quick walk to town. We had ten people and it accommodated us nicely. We had a lovely stay and would book again. We loved having coffee on the upper deck in the morning!

We had a wonderful time in Seaside! The location was great, and the house easily accommodated our group. The house is rustic and cozy, with great access to town and to the beach. The house is clean but could use a bit of a refresh - pillows, beds, linens, kitchenware. We would love to stay here again!

The house is a rustic charmer. Perfectly located. Easily handled our family of 5 … including a 16 month old explorer. We know that it was very clean because she crawled everywhere. The towels and kitchen utensils could be updated. Beyond that it was very nice.

Old, but well-maintained. Kitchen ok but knives weren’t sharp. Had to rearrange flatware drawer because so many implements the drawer was too heavy to open easily. service for 50 may be excessive!!

The location is great, the home is set up well for a big group and the amenities were fantastic. We hope to go back and stay at the property again!

Memorial Weekend

Nine adults had a pleasant stay at this property. Lots of room for everyone, big deck to enjoy the sun, short walk to the beach or downtown.

A Great Dune-Front Property

We love this house! The property location is perfect overlooking the dunes and the beach. You can walk to town, play ping pong in the garage or sit in the hot tub!. I recommend this property for your upcoming beach trip.

House has it all!

Lots of room to spread out. Couldn’t be closer to the beach. Hot tub was so relaxing. The house had everything we could possibly need.

Had a great time on Thanksgiving!

First off they were able to check in early and the weather all 5 days, was nothing but low winds and sunshine! Went claming and we were successful! Great time in front of the fireplace, here's a tip L&I firewood is a great place to get all the firewood you need and it is on the honor system! Just 4 miles away.

Wonderful Beach Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property! The house was right on the Prom and the walk to the beach was short and well maintained. The walk to downtown only took a couple of minutes. This house is very charming and fit our needs well! We are hoping to return next year!

Nice place

If you like rustic this is the house for you. The house was extremely clean but old. Everything works well enough. Perfect for our large group of multiple ages. Lots of room to be together and be alone. Easy walk to beach and town. Would happily stay again.

Family Get Away

The purpose of our trip was to spend time together walking the beach, sharing meals and playing board games in the evenings. The large living room allowed us to all gather around a table to play games and those that weren’t interested in playing could relax on the couches to read. This property was perfect for us to all share one space, but also has space to get away for quiet time. We loved our time near.

Great house for a crowd

This place is quirky and definitely has a real old-school vibe. Lots of wood paneling, small kitchen, furniture in odd places (like a huge TV in the corner of a room with nowhere to sit to watch it). BUT the place is so comfy and feels like a real family's home, not the kind of cookie-cutter place with boring ikea furniture and matching decor. I also loved how easy it was to walk to the beach or into town.

Bedroom downstairs smoke alarm isn't in wokring order I dont remember reading that there were 2 steps at either end of the living room which would be nice to know since we had small children with us

It worked fine for us, but lacking quite a bit in the kitchen for cooking (8x8 only baking dish for a houseful of 5 bedroom visitors.) Very old and hard to open kitchen cabinets. Rusted out towel holders with VERY thin towels. Kind of felt like it was decorated from a thrift store at a minimum cost. It worked for us, but not up to the basic standards we are use to in our VRBO.

Lots of character but needs too much.

Place was nice. Overly decorated with the beach motif a bit. The kitchen is not functional. Stove is very old and electric burners don’t match setting and are very fussy. No hood to exhaust the stove top. Filled room with smoke every meal. All doors and windows open to vent. Did not see off fire alarm and should have for certain. There’s no chance the fire alarms were working in the kitchen or dining room that’s for sure. Lots of wires bandit things together, extension cords everywhere and visible. Outside string lights falling down. Just needs attention. Again nice place - just not modern and inconvenient.

Perfect Family Get-away

The house was perfect for our annual family get-away. After reading the reviews about the house being quirky, I must say it's true, it is. But we also found that it's part of its charm. It's laid out nicely so everyone had space to unwind & relax. It's close enough to the fun & excitement of the main touristy strip but far enough away to relax. And the view is amazing, especially from the top balcony. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly, secluded from the prom, but close to visit with those who chose to sit on the lower deck. The kitchen is a little small, but we chose to use the dining room table for our extras as the dining table in the main room fit us and had a beautiful view we all could enjoy. It was a unanimous decision that when we go to Seaside again (which we do every 2 to 3 years), we will definitely be trying for this house again. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stalked. We did bring some of our own kitchen supplies, such as cookie sheets & spice, but it had a nice choice of the basics. The house & amenities were clean. And we all enjoyed a nice round or a few rounds at the ping pong table. The only "complaint" was that the "kids" wished there was a pool table, or air-hocky, or... hahaha. The TV in the living room is in a weird location, but we didn't watch it anyway, thank heavens. There are steps into the living room, but there is a door on the one side you can close, so bring a baby gate if you have tiny littles for the other side of the room. Ov

Second time to this location

We enjoyed this house two years ago and decided to return. There is a master w/ bath on the main level that works great for older family members who don't want to navigate a steep staircase multiple times a day. Hot tub is a wonderful feature.
