Welcome to our Seaside Villa Endless Summer! This vacation home in Cape Coral is not only attractive due to its beautiful location in the southwest of Cape Coral.

The south-facing, 12 x 22 foot, 6 foot deep, electrically heated saltwater pool with a directly connected whirlpool, right under palm trees, is perfect for watching the sunset. Without a cage, you have a whole new Florida feeling. For the safety of children, there are pool noodles and a pool fence that can be set up if necessary. There is also an outdoor shower and direct access to a bathroom.

Of course, everything is also provided for cozy barbecue evenings: there is a gas grill, a Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Roku) in the outdoor area and comfortable seating.

From the boat deck, you can go fishing with the two rods in the house or simply enjoy cool drinks with friends and family. A rental boat can be attached to the boat deck.

Inside the Seaside Villa Endless Summer, everything you need is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator including an ice maker, spices, blender, Keurig coffee machine and everything you need for a barbecue.

The living area has a 55” TV with Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and an audio system that can also be used outside.

The master bedroom with its own master bathroom is furnished with a king size bed, a 40” Smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and has direct access to the pool area. The master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a bathtub with whirlpool, two sinks and a toilet.

The second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a 40” Smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels). The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a 40” Smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and has direct access to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower.

Two bicycles are available in the garage for exploring the surrounding area. A parasol, beach chairs, beach towels and a cool box are available for beach trips. The garage has space for two vehicles and can of course be used.
