The Space:

Sunlight pours through soft filters as you move from the airy living room toward the private pool, inviting you to linger wherever the day takes you. The open layout lets a slow morning linger over coffee before you step outside for a splash, a game, or a quiet moment by the fire pit. Every corner feels designed for togetherness, whether you’re gathering around the game table or sharing a meal under the patio lights. Here, indoor comfort and outdoor freedom blend seamlessly, giving you space to relax, play, and create memories.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms accommodate up to nine guests. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, offers two Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features a King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, includes a Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color circle, provides another King Bed. Two bathrooms are equipped with hot water and bathroom essentials.



Indoor living

The spacious living area invites conversation or quiet reading, while ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating keep the temperature just right. A dedicated game room adds a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcade machines, all with a view of the backyard. A flat‑screen TV and a dedicated workspace let you unwind or catch up on work, and the washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare anything from a quick snack to a family feast. The adjoining dining space flows naturally from the kitchen, offering ample room for everyone to gather around the table and enjoy meals together.



Outdoor living

Step out to a private pool framed by comfortable outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a putting green for casual competition. An outdoor bar with a minifridge and a fenced backyard provide additional spots for drinks and relaxation. A patio or balcony adds a breezy perch for sunrise coffee, and free on‑site and street parking make arrivals effortless.

The home is pet‑friendly and family‑ready, offering a Pack ’n Play/Travel crib and a high chair. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided, along with wifi, a smart lock for self‑check‑in, and a TV for entertainment.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the villa is minutes from Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater. Local restaurants, outdoor spaces, and the iconic beaches are within easy reach, giving you a blend of quiet retreat and vibrant activity.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
