Beautiful Stay in Destin

We stayed for a long weekend and will definitely be back for a longer stay. The house is beautifully decorated and the location to the beach was AWESOME. The owner was very responsive with any questions. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the balcony. 5 Star Stay!!

Great Vacation

Beautiful condo with a great view. The host was super and checked in several times to make sure we had no issues. We really appreciated the beach chairs so we did not have to lug ours to the beach. The condo looks just like the pictures and the furnishings were really nice! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Sun, sand and bliss!

Our stay at Surfside Resort was blissful. The property was just as described in the listing. There was ample space for everyone to move around, the beds were comfortable and the location was wonderful with shopping and restaurants nearby. This whole experience was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The owner shared information about activities and also gave us tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was just as described. Everything was clean and newly decorated. The condo was well appointed with beautiful views. The beach access across the sky bridge was very convenient and the beach chairs were a really nice amenity. Kevin was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We would certainly stay here again.

Gorgeous with tons of room!

This condo was amazing. The balcony was huge really great views and furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size with plenty of room. Comfy furniture and gorgeous decor throughout. You canā€™t go wrong with this place! Kevin communicates so well, is super nice, and gives all necessary info up front. Easy walk to the beach with two chairs and umbrella available plus tons of fun activities. 10 out of 10!!

Absolutely beautiful condo, and very attentive, helpful host/owners!

The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, with great views. Kevin & Susie could not have been more gracious hosts; informative about the area and very responsive to any questions. The only "issue" was that the front desk was closed when we arrived, and the combination on the late check-in box was not functional. It was no problem, as we picked up our parking pass in the morning.

Itā€™s a great property in a very good location. Very clean condo and well equipped with everything needed. Owners are very responsive and kind. Two beach chairs and umbrella are included which is a big bonus. We had some troubles with the internet but it was the providerā€™s fault. The owner checked in on us everyday. We really enjoyed the whole experience. We will come again!

The hosts were SO professional and accommodating. They consistently checked in before the stay and the day of check-in to see if we needed any recommendations for the area, had any questions regarding checkin and ensured we had their personal contact information in case of issues. While the building (lobby and pool area) is older, the condo is very cleanly and newly renovated to match the modern times. The balcony is huge and a great place for multiple people to hangout. The beach is steps away! I would certainly recommend both the hosts and the condo to anyone looking!

Great Week on the beach!

Another great stay for us at Surfside. We have stayed in several units over the years and enjoyed the change up to the 15th floor. It is in the back of the building but we still spotted dolphins (and a GIANT stingray) from the balcony, can see the sunset over the other buildings and was nice to see the bridge and have the view of the bay side. Condo was clean and ready for our family. Working with Kevin was a breeze as he was super responsive and available for questions and addressing a door code issue right at check-in. This unit can also be rented as a 3 bedroom which I will consider next time. We will be back!

Gorgeous, perfect location

The condo was spacious, gorgeous, owner is great in communications and location is quite desirable . Donā€™t shy away because it is across the street from the beach . You have an excellent view of the gulf and the bay. Plus there is a skywalk to avoid the road that takes you to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with farberware cookware ( meaning you can cook food without it sticking tothe pans ) and it has so many extras in the kitchens most condos donā€™t offer. Itā€™s a better deal than any you will find for the price considered the size, style and coziness. Never had trouble finding parking and quite a few excellent DoorDash options nearby. If you book and like bbq order Chippers BBQ, great ribs, great price and a quick delivery to this location.

Everything about this place is excellent! From the location, the beautiful views (especially sunsets), the feeling of safety and overall cleanliness --怋this place is awesome. The condo is plenty spacious for our family of five and the amenities such as the sports courts, grills, the pools and the walking bridge over the main drag was cool. The complimentary two chairs and umbrella was perfect for the beach. We have a family of five so we actually rented another umbrella and two more beach chairs. Kevin is did a great job with communication, and really worked to ensure we had a great time! Our whole family wants to return. Walking distance to some great places such as Bad Ass Coffee (get there as it opens!), a Circle K convenience store, WhalesTail restaurant and Pompano Joe's! 1 mile from Winn Dixie for groceries if you want to save $ on eating out. Really good location.

Wonderful experience!

We were looking for a good place to visit for Spring Break and this property caught our eye. We love a great view, and this condo has a spectacular one of the ocean and surrounding area. The balcony is absolutely huge. It was perfect for viewing sunsets! When we arrived, we were very surprised of how spacious it was as well as beautifully decorated. All the rooms had giant floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. Don't worry, they all had room darkening curtains for privacy. Additionally, it was extremely clean which everyone can appreciate! We took advantage of all the great amenities offered by the Surfside property - convenient parking garage with sports complex above, gym, heated pool, double hot tub, and good sushi restaurant. There was a pedestrian bridge that takes you directly from the property over the road to the beach and beachside bar. That was a nice safety feature instead of crossing the road with traffic. Also, the beach was absolutely spectacular. The water was so clear and sand was incredible. We felt the property location great as anything you would need or want to do was just a few minutes away. Finally, I can't forget to mention that the hosts of the condo were awesome. Kevin was really nice and great to talk to. He checked in with us the week prior, the day before, and day we left to make sure we had all the information we needed and to see if we had a good time and that all expectations were met. We appreciate an owner who cares so much!
