Beach Sweet Beach! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is delightfully located within Seascape Resort's best kept secret: The Triangle. This home away from home easily sleeps eight guests and includes a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, coffee maker, blender, microwave, cookware and place settings) - you simply provide the food. In addition, guests have access to linens, and a nicely stocked storage shed with beach chairs, toys, and necessities for a fun day in the sun! Adjacent to the Seascape Resort Golf Course, it's a short walk to the beach or use Seascape's private parking lot located within the resort and across the street from beach access. Seascape also has free WiFi, resort wide.

For those days when a trip to the beach just isn't your thing, hang out on our comfortable patio and enjoy the peaceful porch swing or rocking chair. Better yet, take a stroll throughout the resort and visit the tennis court for a few backhands. Thereā€™s a swimming pool and Pickle ball Court practically at our back door (no kidding!)

Wind down for the evening with a walk on the beach, several swim laps in the pool or by enjoying one of the many fun filled in-house activities we have provided just for you. Whether it's time at the beach, pool, deep seat lounging, or sightseeing, we know that your stay will be the best ever and you'll want to come back for more!


Situated along Destinā€™s championship Seascape Golf Course, the Seascape Villas provide a private and convenient vacation retreat. Shaded by Magnolias and Crepe Myrtles, and just a short distance from the beach, it's easy to unwind and relax in such a peaceful setting. Seascape Resort encompasses over 300 acres of natural and sculptured landscapes, serene lakes, and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the Gulf without all the traffic noise. This condo unit in the Golf Villa is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to enjoy Destin's famous beaches. The Seascape Golf course will surpass your expectations, with 18 lush, contoured fairways and immaculate greens winding through the Resort's forests and around its tranquil lakes. The course is situated among a series of fresh water and coastal dune lakes, featuring breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico for many holes (fifteen of the eighteen holes have water features).

We absolutely love this place

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully organized. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the meaningful Bible verses throughout the home ā€” it made our stay feel extra special.We loved that the pool was right at our back door and that the pickleball court was just steps away ā€” such a great setup! The location is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything even smoother.We would definitely love to come back again!

We are a family of 7 and this condo worked perfect for us! The hosts are very accommodating and made sure we knew to reach out with any questions or concerns! I love how organized everything was. It made it very easy to find whatever we needed! We would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Miramar Beach

Our family enjoyed our visit to Miramar Beach. This condo was a short 10 minute walk to the beach and that includes the time it takes to find a spot and set up your chair. You can also drive to the condo parking lot if that is easier. The condo was a great size for us and our older children. The pool and pickleball court were right outside the back door. You can easily walk to get coffee, ice cream and go to the souvenir shop. The owners were easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Always love coming to Seascape Resort for our Beach trip. Love this Golf Villa for its convenience to pool, pickleball courts and outdoor grill! This is our second year to stay at this villa! Our host are always helpful and check in and out are a breeze!

Wonderful family vacation

2nd time here for a reason. Very clean, lots of room for family, well equipped kitchen, right next to pool and walking distance to the beach. What else do you need?

Family beach vacation

This is a great location at an affordable price point with great amenities. The pickle ball court and pool were right out the back door. The parking lot to access the beach is a 3 min drive or 10 min walk. Very easy street to cross to get to the beach. I gave a 4 star rating because our pool was closed 1/2 the trip. We could have accessed other pools but less convenient.

Vacation get away

Everything was great ! Amenities right at our fingertips even the beach parking. They were even kind enough to let us check in over 4 hrs early. Will definitely be on my save list to stay again .

So much to do!

Staying here was perfect for our family of various ages and interests! The pool and pickleball courts were steps away! Short walks brought us to a playground, warmed pools, basketball courts, golf, and good surf fishing at the ocean. We had beautiful beach days. We were able to easily resupply snacks or any other types of shopping from thrifting to outlets with just a short drive. The unit was clean and as pictured. The area felt safe and family friendly.

Nice Property-convenient and close to beach

Nice 3 bedroom property that allowed for easy access to beach and shopping. Complex has private beach parking but we rented and just rode bikes to the beach and locked them near the private parking area. The pool was very convenient and is just outside the back door. House is as described and is great for families.

Great week at the beach!

The weather wasnā€™t the best but we alll had a great time ! The pool is just steps away from the sliding door so that was wonderful for the kids since it was raining on and off ! There is also a great space for the kids to play in the grass. We had enough room to set up a badminton set and play and have adult fun as well! Plenty of space inside for meals and relaxing watching tv or playing games . We have 2 younger grandchildren so we did put away all the breakables because of course thatā€™s what they wanted to reach for! If was a great week! Thank you!

Miramar beach vacation!

Property was in a great location, everything was clearly marked and easy to find. Beach parking was a great addition for beach visits. Only thing I would recommend is more comfortable mattresses or maybe some toppers and itā€™s time to upgrade the ceiling fans, also the main living area needs a larger TV, 50-60 inch tvs are $300-$400 bucks for a decent TV no reason to not have a larger tv. Other than those small things the property was great for what we needed and we plan on renting it again for our next trip!ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfectly located next to pool, pickle ball court. Short walk to beach. Upon entering the property we all said ā€œthis is nice!ā€we had everything we needed to cook and stay comfortably. The owners replied fast to questions! We met the cleaner Anthony who was very accommodating and did professional cleaning job. Thank you so much! Would definitely book again!

Our family first experienced Destin and Seascape Resort through renting a friend's condo for several consecutive years. Our love for the Destin area and Seascape Resort has continued to grow, and we've never spent our Destin vacations anywhere else. In 2014, we purchased our own condo, primarily as a vacation home, and we've put a lot of love and personal care into it. In 2017, we decided to rent our condo via VRBO, but with a mission. We know that our guests can't afford to waste their hard earned vacation time and money on a bad experience. We aspire to give our guests the best, affordable, trouble-free experience possible, instead of simply renting a 'box' to generate revenue for us.
