Once you enter into this spacious 4,000+ square foot home, you will have an immediate sense of calm. Built in late 2023, the mid-century flair comes through with thoughtful decor and whimsical design.

The massive great room has comfortable seating for up to 12 people and a 75" TV with YouTubeTV and access to Amazon, Netflix and all other streaming services with your sign-in credentials. There is a sliding window wall opens up to the outdoor lanai near the pool and spa, bringing in lots of natural light.

The expansive chef's kitchen provides all of the tools to cook casual to gourmet meals. 6 top pro range, massive refrigerator, speed oven and more. Gather around the island, with 4 barstool seats or sit at the dining room table that can seat 8 adults.

The outdoor lanai has seating for 6 with an outdoor TV that can be viewed from the pool deck, and the outdoor kitchen, with seating for 10, has a 48" Kalamazoo Grill, allows even greater flexibility in meal prep.

Take a dip in the heated pool (upon request) and relax in the spa.

The 4 bedrooms in the main house are fully furnished, with new mattresses and bedding. Each has its own full bathroom. The 4th bath doubles as a pool bath and is not en-suite, but, private and convenient.

Each bedroom has a TV.

Full laundry facilities, iron, etc.

Above the garage there is a bonus room with a bunk bed and daybed, TV and full bathroom.

Walking distance to Southside Village (0.85 miles), with restaurants, shops and nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to Publix Supermarket, CVS and a host of dining options. Bakery and coffee shops are walking distance.

8 minutes by car to parking lots on Siesta Key Beach. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota and 15 minutes to SRQ Airport. Great central location to enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer.

Quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. Safe for kids and pets. The property does not have a closed in backyard. Pets will be considered upon request and details about the animal.

Guests will have access to all bedrooms and spaces, however, the owner's belongings will be in the main bedroom and bathroom. You are asked to be mindful and respectful of this. Space will be made in the main closets for your clothing, luggage, etc. Any drawers or closets that are not for your use will be noted.

The kitchen will be fully stocked. You may use what you want (with some noted exceptions) and we ask that you replace what is consumed prior to departure.
