Welcome to Blue Pearl Beach House, a stunning new three-story vacation home in the heart of Indian Shores, Florida. This modern coastal retreat features five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a private pool and beautiful water views from every level.



Designed for families, group getaways and special celebrations, Blue Pearl comfortably accommodates up to 11–12 guests while placing you just a short walk from the white-sand Gulf beaches.



Three Levels of Coastal Living



Every level of Blue Pearl Beach House is designed for relaxed, comfortable coastal living.



Ground floor



The ground level features the home’s private fenced pool area. Enjoy a refreshing swim, relax on the sun shelf or unwind outdoors after a day at the beach. The pool can be heated during cooler months and cooled for added comfort.



Second floor



The second floor includes the primary suite and two additional bedrooms. The primary suite offers a private lanai and outdoor-staircase access to the pool area.



Third floor



The top floor is the heart of the home, with an open-concept kitchen, dining area and great room designed for gathering together. Two additional bedrooms are also located on this level.

Blue Pearl Beach House offers five comfortable bedrooms:



Primary suite: King-size bed

Second bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle

Third bedroom: Queen-size bed

Private Heated and Cooled Pool



The private fenced pool is one of the home’s best features. With a sun shelf for lounging, it provides a beautiful place to relax, play and enjoy the Florida sunshine.



Pool heat is available from October through April for $35 per day plus taxes.
