After reviewing our pre-arrival inspection photos, we did not identify any concerns regarding the condition or cleanliness of the home, and all appliances were inspected and working properly prior to your arrival. We also have not received similar reports from any other recent guests. We do wish we had the opportunity to assist during your stay. As the property manager and your booking host, our team is available to address concerns such as cleanliness or maintenance, but we did not receive any calls, messages, or responses to our post-arrival check-in asking if everything was meeting your expectations. The resort's on-site staff manages the elevators and common areas. We understand the elevator delays were frustrating and will share your feedback regarding the building's cleanliness and elevator reliability with resort management.
