Offering the most amenities on the Gulf Coast, Splash is a kid's paradise! This end unit has a unique floor plan with two separate bunk areas (4 twin beds) Kids of all ages will love the water theme park environments, including a beachfront lazy river, multiple pools, a splash pad, children's interactive play pools with water slides, water cannons, disappearing walls, a dive-in movie theater, and many interactive water toys. Your kids will have to see it to believe it. Not included is the $35.00 per vehicle/amenities fee Splash will charge you upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest.

My family has stayed at Splash resort for roughly 4 years now and love the resort….this was our 1st year staying in this particular condo though, and it was perfect! Family of 4 and it was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was very clean and the owner had great customer service and quickly responded with any questions I had. The room was stocked with dishes, towels, and other toiletries to get us started until we could make a Walmart run. 1 cabinet door was broken and the TV in the guest room to the right had a crack in it, but this didn’t affect our stay any. We had an amazing time! My only complaint, and it’s not even that big of a deal, was that the condo just had showers -no tubs. My kids were 4 and 2 at the time and love baths in the tub but they did just fine in the shower while we were there. We loved this room and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful Condo while at PCB.

Okay Beach Vacation

It was clean and comfortable. One of the master bedrooms had the window covered with decorative boarding but it looked bad and unfinished. No beach toys or anything provided but there was a box going out to the beach where people left stuff. Kitchen was lacking which was the biggest disappointment. All the pans were super old and scratched up, not a lot of cooking stuff and everything was cheap. No tinfoil or anything like that is there. If you cook a lot this isn’t the place even though it is a nice size kitchen. We ended up having to buy a pan and a few things that should have been there. The patio was nice and big and had lots of seating. We went in mid may and it was way to cold for kids to play in the water park area.

My family has stayed at Splash for 7 years and this was by far our favorite unit! The unit was clean and nicely decorated and furnished. The corner unit was amazing with so much extra space than other units we’ve stayed in. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now that we have experienced this cozy and spacious home away from home. Easily housed our family of 7! Hope to stay again next year!

Favorite condo we've stayed at.

We love the Splash Resort, very easy check in and spacious. The room was amazing, a lot of space for 9 of us and all the beds were so comfortable! Beautiful view and a very large balcony.

Panama Trip May 2024

This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean!! The corner room is a must with a great view of all angles. The condo itself was perfect for a family of 6! We had plenty of space with extra beds for even more to join next time. This resort is very family friendly and located on the quite side of town. It is outside the party crowded area. The pools were just ok. Nothing spectacular but they are great for younger kids. The beach was beautiful with lots of space. This unit comes with 2 free lounge chairs and umbrella everyday. You will definitely need a tent of some sort if more people are with you. Everything worked, with the exception of the washer only taking very small loads to work correctly. That would be my only complaint is the washer. It does work tho just had to rinse and spin again after taking out some clothes to make it a smaller load. Overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend for families ❤️⛱️🍹

Our visit was very enjoyable. The condo was perfect for our family. Bed were comfortable and the set up was great. I would vacation at this unit again!

Wonderful vacation

We stayed here with our daughter and her family of four There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, watch TV, and enjoy the balcony. The kids really loved the variety of activities at Splash.

Wonderful condo on the beach!

I couldn’t wait to leave a review on this condo because I have nothing but good to leave! I’m a OCD vacation planner so I actually read reviews and take them into consideration and let me tell you, this condo was perfect for our family! So much space and privacy. Great kitchen!! fridge with ice machine. didn’t do a whole lot of cooking but totally could have with the space allowed. Wonderful living area with a great view and TV for some relaxing. Great sleeping arrangements! comfy beds and nice linens. 2 king bed rooms and two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total) the bed rooms have tvs. I do wish one of the bunk areas had a tv since we traveled with young children. Clean & large bathrooms. I loved being able to do laundry. The balcony was oversized since it was a corner and the view was unbelievable. It almost felt like you were actually on the beach. One corner stayed shaded and the patio furniture was so nice. The convince of the 6th floor was nice in such a large building. The elevators are so slow!! Outdoor grills came in handy and the pool and pool areas stayed clean. I would rent this condo time and time again!

Great stay some minor issues

Our stay was great with just a few minor issues. The unit was VERY clean and welcoming with everything as stated in the listing. I wish the instructions at check in would have included that the chairs and umbrellas listed in the description needed to be obtained every morning and that they weren’t designated chairs But that was really no biggie we just set an alarm for 9am and went reserve our chairs daily The pools and splash pads were awesome and our kids loved them !! My favorite part was the lazy river which was better than any lazy river I had been to. The issues lay with the appliances in the room The blender was broken which was disappointing But the clothes dryer was the biggest issue We had a load of 5 towels (not even large ones) and it took nearly 3 hours to dry them We checked the lint trap and cleaned it and set it to high heat but it didn’t help The dishwasher also had to be restarted several times because it would randomly stop I know that when I book a condo my biggest reason is for convenience of having that “home” feel with a fully functioning kitchen and laundry area. Those could easily be fixed and I will definitely be considering staying at this unit again in the future and recommending it to others.

A Great Time!

Our family had an amazing time at Splash Resort & look forward to our next trip! The condo was clean, nicely updated and in a great location. The amenities were top notch! Our kids (ages 2 & 5), had the time of their lives playing at the beach, multiple pools and splash pad. Communication with the rental company couldn’t be better. The check-in location to get your wrist bands and parking tag could have been better displayed but we did find it eventually. Overall we are definitely looking forward to our next trip at Splash Resort & would honestly love to rent the same unit.

Great resort

Great resort however the elevators are SUPER slow we had to wait over 45 mins several times to get to and from our room. Our balcony door nor the bathroom door would lock. It took us two days to get towels and wash clothes. Pool and splash pad areas were super clean and the view was amazing. Lots of ppl smoking outside which it’s suppose to be a smoke free resort but they didn’t follow the rules obviously
