This huge spacious 6 bedroom house has two large bathrooms, a large living room, an additional family room, open concept dining room, and kitchen. A large U-shaped driveway and extra parking by the barn makes it perfect for travelers with trailers, campers, or that need extra parking or space!

It is conveniently located just a few miles off I-94 and only 3 miles from Clairemont Ave which is one of the main roads through Eau Claire. Located on a large horse farm, it is country living super close to town! The house is a triplex with the whole upstairs set up for the Airbnb, and currently remodeling half of the downstairs (when house is empty) to add even more space and amenities for guests in the future!!

The house is set up for multiple families to enjoy with two separate patio entryways, along with two common area entryways. One large patio is attached to Fashion's room and Princess Brandi's room (both rooms are 16x16 bedrooms), and the other opens to the family room which is attached to Serenity's Room and Patience's room. Tons of extra space for everyone to enjoy themselves!! Each room has its own key so can maintain privacy as needed.

This superb house features 4 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 bunk beds, perfect for larger groups or families. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of the cozy bedrooms and the beautiful decor throughout the house. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and soda machine by outside shed, and laundry amenities,, guests can relax and unwind during their stay. All throughout the year, you can enjoy watching horses out on your patio, or out your window, or even book a lesson of your own during riding season!! (Riding season is June-Sept for outside riders).

The house was just updated with smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, and a regular TV in the family room with DVD player. There is a large charcoal grill for guests to use, and a fire pit area to enjoy bonfires.

There's also a game closet with multiple games to keep everyone occupied. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember.
